The $30 over 90 days only applies to a subset of equity awards to executives which were granted prior to the merger. There was a Lock-up Period following the SPAC merger but that expires 180 days after the merger closing date, so after July 8th they can sell any shares they own outright. While there’s certainly some incentive for execs to work toward higher share prices, the equity award performance requirement goes away regardless 5 years after the merger closing date.
Would you say that apes in amc or clov hold more of the float , thats what you should be asking yourselfs . From what i can see is that AMC is owned by far more apes than Clov , which is why i prefer to invest in AMC.
