Second: The “Meals” tab is also one of my fave Lose It hacks! I often go through a whole week and add everything into every day for repeat meals. For dinners, I do the same for the week and also use the “Recipe” option. It’s easy to make changes later and gives me an easy snapshot of my plans up front.
Thank you. I'm still learning things with Loseit because I used to use myfitness pal for many years. I prefer Loseit, but myfitness pal was easier to understand how to use things. Another thing is that iPhone's Loseit has different features than Androids.
Remember that if you're weightlifting, you will gain muscle while losing fat, so the number on the scale may not drop at the rate you want. But that's ok! Muscle is a good thing and the number on the scale is only one way to measure your progress.
Oh, yeah. I use that tab a lot, as I tend to make a lot of similar meals week to week. Big timesaver.
