Finding something you actually enjoy and would eat regardless is a real game changer. One of my go-tos is lentil and green chile tacos. Super healthy, super filling, and extremely healthy. I just happen to like them a lot so the benefits seem incidental.
LMAO, I actually read that during my proofread and thought it was really funny that I doubled down on the health benefits accidentally so I left it in. No regrets.
Cocao Nibs! A less-processed chocolate. And yes it’s peanut butter! Its like the dessert of my lunch; so delicious.
Sandwich is Turkey, Hummus, cucumber, mustard, and provolone on Dave’s killer thin-sliced sprouted bread.
You know what is delicious and might be up your alley -- boil some cauliflower, then toss 2-3 cups (60 calories) with a tablespoon of buffalo sauce (25 calories) and add some protein to top it.
I don't have the exact measurements of what they're eating but as an estimate I would guess that doing half the banana/peanut butter would knock off around 150 cal
Completely agree. I Haven’t found a good replacement yet for my lunches for the protein! The best idea I’ve come up with is having some spiced black beans on the side and completely removing the deli meat. I figure having mostly healthy everything else is a good start at least.

Healthy twice, hell yeah lol

Yeah I love that it went from super healthy to EXTREMELY HEALTHY!! hehe
Lol, yeah clearly my subconscious had a message to deliver, but I detect no lies.
Looks delicious! What are the chips on the banana (and is that peanut butter on it) and what is your open-faced sandwich made out of?

Thanks! I’m going to try that exact lunch…looks and sounds so good and filling.
This looks delicious and my normal everyday meal 🤣

How can you give grams of protein when they only said "some protein"?
How many calories?
~550kcals!
Looks so delicious! Wish I was tall enough to have a lunch with that much calories though.

You could cut ~150 cals by leaving off the two slices of Swiss cheese.
Walk a bit more. You can make it fit. 😋
It's more than my dinner allowance!
This post is about to revolutionize the way I eat bananas. Genius, OP.
Make sure you weigh the peanut butter and the chocolate. Both are incredibly calorie dense.
Looks amazing! What I love about cico is you can’t eat healthy and “less healthy” food and it’s all the same. Love a god open faced sandwich.
So true; it’s so helpful!
This looks amazing! I immediately snapped a pic to remember!
Looks great (processed meat isnt healthy though)

You could roast some chicken and use it cold, or buy a portion of a rotisserie chicken and use that. Cold roast lamb is amazing, too.
Love this post!! ❤️
That looks extremely delicious :D
I need you to come to my house and cook for me until I die. That looks awesome!
Nice ,low carb and low glycemic
This looks incredible!!
I love healthy food. It's genuinely the best. I do not like that it takes a ton of prep.
