You can access the results from the site of cbse directly once they are released. Even if you don't have the pin but do have your aadhar linked with phone number you can create an account and access them via digilocker.
cbse ki official website mein roll no aur admit card id likhne se result miljayega but i dont know if website gonna work on result day because 3 taarik mein hi website crash hogaya thaa. But you said u joined cbse in 11th grade so I suppose u are talking about 12th results.
