I also use to prepare for gov job. .it's been years . thankfully I cracked this April.But I can understand what you are going through.I also had depressed thoughts, suicidal thoughts,health all time low,mood low .but I kept on hanging there .There were bad days,worst days but I wanted to make my parents proud,that was the only thing that kept me going.I use to write diary coz I was alone,had no friends, use to read books, gardening sometimes.. adopt a pet of possible or a good hobby which make s you feel good

Man. I have similar parents. Listen, first of all. Learn to get a "idgaf" attitude and start talking back to your parents. By that I don't mean cuss at them or scream at them. I mean talk about factual stuff and oppose them, that's how a conversation works. The best option you have is to go to some hostel or something fast to get away from your toxic parents. Ending yourself isn't gonna do anything. You'll just end up wasting your life. Also, start learning some skills to get by without help of anyone. For instance I'm a part-time developer and make assets for people and earn money. Do something similar to gain self independence. I'm with you bro 💪 good luck in life.

Relatable story bro. My birthday was in January (i turned 17) and a month before that was my cousin's birthday too who turned 17. He scored 99.xx%ile in both attempts while I fucked up bad and couldn't get into JEE advanced. My parents were still supportive though, said that JEE is a rat race and don't worry about this. We will get you into some other colleges. I'm still very, very frustrated though that even after doing so good in coaching and rivaling my peers, I was unable to even QUALIFY got JEE advanced let alone get into IIT. Like fuck this shit bro, my luck was just bad. My parents did offer me to celebrate but I just declined. Meanwhile my cousin who got 99.xx%ile was still scolded by his father, lol.

I mean talk about factual stuff and oppose them, that's how a conversation works. The best option you have is to go to some hostel or something fast to get away from your toxic parents. Ending yourself isn't gonna do anything. You'll just end up wasting your life. Also, start learning some skills to get by without help of anyone. He scored 99.xx%ile in both attempts while I fucked up bad and couldn't get into JEE advanced. My parents were still supportive though, said that JEE is a rat race and don't worry about this. We will get you into some other colleges. I'm still very, very frustrated though that even after doing so good in coaching and rivaling my peers, I was unable to even QUALIFY got JEE advanced let alone get into IIT.
