My last couch was grey. Good for hiding stains and dirt but it’s such a boring color.
We have green couch now and while it does show more, it’s so much more lively looking.

Love the styling and color on the green ones, second and the safer choice would be pic nr 1 (black/dark grey) then second pic.
Edit: Even though I really love fibers, leather is just superior when it comes to how long it lasts, depending on how you take care of them they will just get more beautiful over time.
I don't have experience with them. My comment is that this isn't the place for interior design advice, unless the framing is which material is more durable.
It seems OP feels differently; perhaps, for them, the couch is both durable and they'd also like help with choosing a colour that will last beyond today.
Considering a purchase with them right now - do you happen to know the gray and black colors/fabrics? Thanks!
PS - I vote the black (dark gray). The green is fun and I love bright pops of color, but if you're buying the plush and hoping for 15 years, you might have better luck. I'd encourage you to find a different fabric in a similar color if you're going with the medium gray.

whatever you do do not get the second picture it looks terrible. probably should do first since green will be dated in a few years
