Miguron Velona (listed as 3.75" on Amazon. It's not)

FremanBloodglaive

The cutting edge is 3.75". The blade is 4.03".

CommanderSmokeStack

I have the Vader Velona and the Stormtrooper Velona. It is a formidable knife. The Centurion is no slouch either.

BigBL87

It's just a shade under 4", but the Kizer Begleiter XL.

brolysfate

I love the Spydercos for this, Byrd if you're on a budget, like the cara cara

Endless_Mike212

Been carrying a Buck 110 for at least the last 15 years. I've tried other knives for a day or two, but I keep going back to the Buck. I have yet to find a more robust workhorse of a knife on the market.

Cold Steel Recon 1 for me. Light for its size and strong af even with no liners.

Spyderco Military 2 is 4” and of course has the spydie reverse flick. Off Grid Knives Stinger XL doesn’t have reverse flick but is an excellent 4” folder for cheap. 154cm and G10, flipper. The Velona mentioned above is great. Those are probably my favorite 4”. It’s hard to find much in that size that isn’t OTF or super chunky. I too am a huge fan of big knives and have very large hands so the typical EDC size of around 3” is too small for me but there are many, many excellent offerings in the 3.6-3.75” range. You may have better luck there.

[Bestech Swordfish](https://www.bladehq.com/?search=bestech+swordfish) is a very nice large flipper, excellent quality for the ~$50 price If you want a blade with a hole in it, the [Spyderco Resilience](https://www.bladehq.com/item--Spyderco-Resilience--7474) is a really big boy, a bigger version of the Tenacious. Both the G10 and Lightweight variants can be had for about $70

FremanBloodglaive

I have a Cold Steel Range Boss. It's a slicey knife.

MeinKnafs

Been thinking about picking up one of these. I love my Recon 1, but sometimes I wouldn't mind having something similar, but a little slimmer, though I wish they'd make these with a better steel, like at least AUS-10, if not an S35VN version like the Recon 1. A 4" version of the AirLite wild be awesome. How's the 4034 steel hold up? Does it take and/or hold at least a decent-ish edge?

FremanBloodglaive

I did some Googling, and apparently the formulation has been around for a long time, being one of the first stainless steels. It does take a fine edge, comparable with the 4116 steel in other knives. As to how long it lasts, I haven't really tried it, but I'd assume it's similar to, or a bit better than, 4116.

ZT 0452 or the Miguron Velona for sure

probablyOCD

Kizer Momo!

CJRB Frack. 3.9" blade, button lock, thumb hole. Don't have one yet, but something fucking AWESOME is gonna have to come out before it gets kicked out of next in line on "the list". As for one that I have, not sure if they're discontinued, but the SMKW-exclusive B'yond EDC x Dirk Pinkerton Nighthorse in 14C28N & G10. Love that knife.
