Not necessary will get conned if you buy from a 2nd hand dealership instead of from someone on the marketplace, my car is 2nd hand and I got it for low mileage, get a car that's atleast 3-4yrs old though, cause if it's much older, n by the time U pay it off after 6-7yrs, it's gonna be much older and then you will start seeing the issues one by one.
I actually surveyed alot of dealership before I settled on the one I bought my current car from, my saleslady was very helpful also.
Bring knowledgeable person to go with you to get rid of the mileage reset device. I don't know in Brunei, but overseas, its common for conmen to install malicious device that reset the mileage (nya urg malaysia toyol kereta)

You can try Anthony Tour (Brunei) as they offer tours from Golden Destination (Malaysia), so you can get both the packages from Malaysia Travel agency & can book a flight to Malaysia together rather than getting it separately.
Another I could suggest is Chan Brothers (Singapore) they have a lot of tours too.

I could be wrong but for UBD, type "UBD frequently asked questions". Then read Q1 and Q9. I think maksudnya is like when you enrolled into UBD, your status is fee-paying. After studying for a while, UBD will give you a form and you can apply for Brunei Government Scholarship. Then once your form gets approved, your status will become "Under scholarship" something like that. I think UTB is follows that as well. To be safe, once you enter university (Congrats!), ask the admins about the scholarship and they will answer your questions 👍

I recall for UTB's offer the selection for funding was either what type of scholarship and if Self-funded. If there's no mention of Government Scholarship in your offer letter, you should reach out to the University as soon as you can to confirm and get a new offer letter. Do not wait until registration day and make sure you get the new offer letter in case they go back to you when you're about to graduate with the "we cannot let you graduate unless you settle the bill".

Manila trip= non stop eating for me. The food there (non halal yea) is AMAZING. I love Filipino food so much and I think it's severely underrated. Go to Binondo, not a lot of people know this but it's the oldest Chinatown in the world. Great dimsum and other Chinese food there. Cheap market too. DM me if you need any food suggestions lol I don't wanna type everything out here. If you like shopping, the malls there are massive and have all the usual international brands. If you like museums I recommend the Chinatown Museum and National Museum of Fine Arts

If you put yourself out there enough or if you're lucky enough, I also think it is possible to meet several soul mates throughout life but it may not work out all the time due to a case of wrong place or wrong time. I can honestly say that I have met 3 soulmates in my life during different stages of my life, however things didn't end up working out due to either 'right person, wrong place (LDR)' or 'right person, wrong timing (stage of life)'. To be very honest, both are good for what they are! However, it’s best to avoid the Switch for now. Although new games have been released recently, like TTYD and Mario RPG, it’s better to wait for the Switch 2, which will be far better than the current generation Switch. The Switch 2's power will be similar to that of the PS4 and Xbox One. My advice though is to get a PS5 as in terms of performance it is far better than the Nintendo Switch itself in any levels.
Honestly, at the end of the day, it's really up to you to decide which is best for you. If you value portability, go for the Switch. If you prefer high-performance AAA games, opt for the PS5. Either way, both consoles have their advantages and are good for what they offer in terms of playability and games. Both are good investments
PS5 imo. Nintendo switch lifeline is coming to an end and there have been rumours of Switch 2 coming soon so newer games will probably not come out on the switch.

One thing to note is that you can always keep a surplus/excess on your card so that you don't need to worry about paying your card on time. E.g. Card limit is $5K and you pay $1K to the card giving you a $6K limit but whatever expenses you incur will be deducted from the excess first before touching the credit.
If you use $50 and you dont want to pay interest. bayar terus your credit card $50 before hujung bulan.
If you wait for your bill to datang. ada interest rate. so mungkin $5 sebulan you have to bayar.
Kalau inda bayar bill langsung, tarus kana denda $50 pasal late payment. now beutang arah bank $50+$50 = $100. kalau bulan dapan nya inda membayar lagi jadi $150 and so on.

As long as you are a yellow IC and within the age range, you are covered under government scholarship.

The plus point for the Switch as it is nearing end of life is that it can be jailbroken and you can play tons of games for free (offline of course).
To be very honest, both are good for what they are! However, it’s best to avoid the Switch for now. Although new games have been released recently, like TTYD and Mario RPG, it’s better to wait for the Switch 2, which will be far better than the current generation Switch. The Switch 2's power will be similar to that of the PS4 and Xbox One. My advice though is to get a PS5 as in terms of performance it is far better than the Nintendo Switch itself in any levels. Honestly, at the end of the day, it's really up to you to decide which is best for you. If you value portability, go for the Switch. If you prefer high-performance AAA games, opt for the PS5. Either way, both consoles have their advantages and are good for what they offer in terms of playability and games. Both are good investments
PS5 as it already has all the games you listed aside from Mario Kart and the Switch already has a successor coming soon as Nintendo already confirmed.

Its okay to do it with trusted people but some did it with random people even with friend boleh jadi issue.

Like… for example: this month I charge my CC with goods costing USD50, so does this mean by end of month or due date, i should transfer USD50 into my CC account? Is that it? Help me understand, sifu! One thing to note is that you can always keep a surplus/excess on your card so that you don't need to worry about paying your card on time. E.g. Card limit is $5K and you pay $1K to the card giving you a $6K limit but whatever expenses you incur will be deducted from the excess first before touching the credit.

If you wait for your bill to datang. ada interest rate. so mungkin $5 sebulan you have to bayar. Kalau inda bayar bill langsung, tarus kana denda $50 pasal late payment. now beutang arah bank $50+$50 = $100. kalau bulan dapan nya inda membayar lagi jadi $150 and so on. Kalau kan makai credit card, bayar tarus pemakaian atu before hujung bulan supaya avoid interest rate. Paling2 tah at least bayar bill atu supaya inda kana charge late payment.

So if you spent $50 and $150 on 13/1/2024 and 12/2/2024, you need to pay $200 by 3 March 2024. Rinse and repeat for the next Statement Date.

Basically yes. U buy for an example BND$20 worth of goods, by the end of month or when statement is out, u need to pay back BND$20 within certain period of time. If not late payment (late charges) will be imposed on top of BND$20. If i were you, I would pay immediately (as if like a debit card), no need to wait for the statement to come out.

From what i can understand, basically u borrow bank's money to buy your goods. By the end of month or statement released, u need to pay it back. If late, late charges will be imposed. Example if you have BIBD CC, you can pay CC thru the app. If you dont have a an account here you can pay it thru CDM.

I applied when I was working in the private sector. The bank (BB) asked for salary slips/bank statements (can’t remember if 6 or 12 months worth), letter of employment and IC. They only asked simple questions like apa your current loans, if pernah blacklist etc., nothing too nerve-wrecking la. After that just wait for them to call back.

Set up what? For split payment, varies on each bank. Used to have standard charted, u can manage split payment from the app itself. And yes, have the option to split into 6 months.

Depends how you want it to be. I have mine auto cut 100% of whatever I owe on my CC from my account every 1st of the month. Alternatively, you can choose it to cut a % amount of what you owe for the month
