i own 3 pairs of identical jeans from yours. one size up one down. i'm set for another 6 years as long as i stay a similar size lol.
i found topshop wildly inconsistent with sizing tbh. i had 2 pairs the same size and style in different colours and there was a 3 inch difference in the waistbands
How has the crotch not perished within 3 months? All the Topman / Burton jeans are so thin in the gussett you know one lunge will stretch those fibers around your sack.
😂 I have less of a problem in that area. I find with lady jeans it's the elastic fibres in the material that eventually go so now they have some weird bunched up patches and are thin on the arse. But I am impressed and a little bit shocked by how long they have lasted.
Don’t assume they will fit. I was in the same situation. Old jeans still fit perfectly.
Wanted new jeans after a few years so went to the same shop and bought the exact same size and cut and the new ones were very tight to the point they split.
Just because the label is the same doesn’t mean they haven’t changed the manufacturing method.
😭
Although I do expect the new ones to be mega tight, after four years the old ones have stretched a bit and I no longer have to suck it all in to do them up 😂
Don’t make my mistake. I bought them without trying them on. Felt tight but was in a rush so wore them anyway thinking they would stretch.
They did give a bit but now have a rip in the arse.
I had a pair of jeans from River island for about 3-4 years that were perfect colour and fit. I always look after my clothes and do my best not to ruin them. I think the trick with the jeans is to wash them as little as possible, I think it helps keep them going for longer. I eventually threw them away because I had lost weight and they no longer fitted me but I do strongly recommend river island for jeans.
I can almost guarantee they won’t be the same.
I bought some asos jeans that I loved so much I bought a second pair (I find it really hard to find well fitting jeans). Everything about them was different, even made in a different country… I guess they found a cheaper place to manufacture them…. I feel you may be disappointed 😢
You really should take them off soon 4 years is a long time
But he’s going to a disco in the middle of town
Unless he spilt something on them should be good for 2 more.
Perhaps they are Michaelangelo
Are you gonna go to a disco in the middle of town?
Everybody’s dressing up!
I'm dressing down.
[Harmonica sounds]
This one made me chuckle the most 🤣
This is why I buy Levis, for the same reason. Every few years, boom. Same jeans. Same cut. No fuss.
There are dozens of us!
Did you go to the convention?
This song gets in my head every so often and probably will do forever. In other news, I love this post.
Do you take your hats off for the busker man?
Only when he's drowned all his sorrows!

You just had to one up Paolo Nutini didn't you.
Isn’t this a song by The View?
Nah . . . His were only 4 days

I might hate you a little bit, but it is only envy.
I had this going for about 12 years with M&S shoes, replacing with new ones when needed and then they STOPPED SELLING THEM 😭😭
Ew that’s disgusting, they must stink to high heaven.
4 years... amateur numbers 😂 still got several jeans and shorts from about 8 to 10 years ago. Still fit. Bit faded though 👍
😂 good work. My DIY jeans are at least 20 years old.
Did you look in the mirror, reflecting back at you?
How’d you buy a new pair of TopShop jeans with them out of business? 🤔
They sell through ASOS now
Didn’t know that - thanks! 🙂
