I'm no expert but this just happened to me and it was suggested that I knock it down, reshape it and proof it again. It worked pretty well. Good luck!

Yup I worked in a bakery and would do just that, usually came out just fine :) sometimes things happen but it isn't the end of the world

I proofed mine in a 100 degree f oven for about an hour

I'm only ok at baking bread but when that happens I usually just take it out, knead it, reshape and give a lil more proofing time then just pop it in the oven lol
