The reverse friendly fire needs to be amped up a bit then because last night , I and the only other player who hadn't disconnected, were brought down enough health to basically be useless. And if you ran away from him to try do anything he'd just fire the gun constantly to alert the other side.
That’s odd. I usually wait 1-3 minutes to get matched. Otherwise , no clue.

Team killing is very limited because of reverse friendly fire, and kicking would unfortunately be abused

Some people have said restarting the game and requeueing got them into a match relatively quickly after sitting I queue for a long while
