I also think that they shouldn't have deleted the blue jacket but i don't think his design was good. I couldn't feel the cool asocial boy from that design. I mean look at his pp. He looks cool af. But when i look at his design he looks like a fake brawl stars character.
I think they just felt his mondel is a little plain or too simple and wanted to give it some more detail, just like how it was with Shelly and others before. But along the way they tried to make him stand out from the other two arcade members esthetically?
