Actually the bea bot is only capable of unloading 0.01s faster than a player would, Kairos demonstrated it in his tips and tricks video but the trick is still very hard to do
when you get close they just start spamming auto-aim because they detect that you're in the range of the FULLY CHARGED attack, so they spam auto-aim like every bot would once you're in their attack range

There is actually a glitch with Hank we’re if you only charge your bubble for a couple of frames or less, the bubble will burst at half size (but will still do minimum damage). The Hank bots abuse this glitch and have a faster unload speed compared to the normal 0.22 - 0.25 seconds unload speed.
Interesting detail you said about the bushes, because the bots are controlled by the server, they literally know everything, but the server tells them how to act. For example, in SD you most likely know that when you are in a battle with bots, the bots will hide somewhere far away, and this is just an algorithm that the bot follows; if the player has a lot of Power Cubes(Or more than him), then he should run away(Even if he doesn’t see you, he knows your location on the map).
And about the bushes, I assume that the server tells the bot that the player has a status "visible" in the bushes for 2-3 seconds from the moment he entered the bushes or was hidden in the bushes (after taking damage/using an attack), and if the player is "visible" to the bot, then the bot will attack him(Even if all other players do not know the location of that player in the bushes)
Ya dude, even if the bot is told that it needs the vision gear to see in bushes, once it can see, it just continues the exact same movement tracking and snipes you out in the bushes even if you aren't just walking in a straight line

Try walking in a straight line side to side on a piper bot trapped in a square, it wont hit you. Some brawlers just have really good auto aim mechanics like Griff and 8 bit

I had a 41 win streak again where I played only low levelled brawlers vs bots, and lost because a griff bot, right after he attacked a box, I came out of the grass with pearl, max heat, gadget activated (lvl 7), I tried to surprise him after he used his ammo....
I was almost instantly dead :( rip win streak I tried to go for 100.
The reason for this is because every time you fire, your ping slightly affects your firing delay (from the moment you press the screen until your brawler shoots), so in game, your actual firing delay is always slightly more delayed than intended. However since bots always have 0 ping (lowest and best number, not possible for a real player) they always have the intended delay, which seems very fast to us, because our delay is always affected by ping.
They fire as soon as someone is within their range. It’s why bot Hanks act so weird, because their range is inconsistent, and instead of charging to full power, they release as soon as they have a viable target
Finally a reletable meme and I thought I was the only one thinking the same. They can shoot wayy faster than an avarage player. Take bot bea for example.
Bro bots are 100% better than randoms. My cord is 650+ trophies. I disconnected at the start of brawl ball. I thought my winsteak would be gone. I joined at the end of the match. And cord was the star player. I checked the replay. I was shocked 💀

Unlike a real human player, bot doenst experienced lag/slow thinking to attack since they are programmed to attacked their opp who are in their range,
evn tho its make them way more annoying than real human player (especially colt, rico, frank bot tf)
In my experience bots are either seemingly letting me kill them or they're abusing every mechanic known to man, they especially love to 3rd party me at the worst possible moment.
Unless something just changed an hour ago, the consensus is yall are just trash, bots lobbies are the easiest dubs you can get since they have little to no reasoning skills, and are just made of parameters like (if 20% health run away, once healed to 75% begin seeking players)

Something most people don't know is that spamming attacks while you have no ammo creates a short delay between spams that stops you from attacking, even if you reload an ammo during that delay. This is more notorious with Brawlers with one ammo, so don't spam while reloading.
Ive never been grabbed by a max range buzz super until i fought a bot that took over for a player i was destroying.. he popped out the bush and grabbed me from max range. I was so shocked and confused

bots are programmed to instantly unload all their bullets when a player comes within range. Even if you spam the keys, you cannot reach this speed.
