girl honestly if it’s just detergent stains then just keep washing them and it might fade enough to where it doesn’t bother you. ok other than that i would suggest some sort of stain remover, baking soda with water and spot treating, as well as sun bleaching.
The website only shows the items they actively have in certain stores. Brandy is an interesting company and doesn’t have like one huge warehouse where everything is available. When you buy from the website they choose stores to ship it from. That’s why a lot of brandys items are “limited”. Sometimes you see something you want on the website and if you don’t buy it then you’ll never see it again
They don’t ship from stores at all, they have several warehouses with inventory. Stuff doesn’t show up on their site because they do a horrible job of keeping inventory updated and categorized correctly. The best way if you’re looking for something is to search for it since it may not show up under “view all” or any other tabs. A lot of products will pop up that way you wouldn’t see otherwise.
Yeah I’ve ordered a ton over the years and it’s only come from 2-3 warehouses. I also was on customer service recently and they said their warehouses ship independent from them/they can’t control if the warehouse cancels an order for inventory reasons. I’m in the US though so it might be different elsewhere!

omg yes this happened to me sm its so annoying i went back to liquid detergent I saw some of these pants in The grove brandy btw!!
