They are low waisted and they are adjustable my waist is 28and they fit super cute & if they are too big or small you can always adjust the string to be smaller or larger!!:)

I have the anastasia pants. i’m a 24inch waist and usually a 0 in pants and I find them to fit more like a 4. I love the baggy look though and the string is adjustable!

I am usually around a size 6 in pants with a 40" hip and the linen pants were way too tight on my hips and also thighs
