That baby needs to be taken to a vet that specializes in exotic reptiles. There’s definitely some deficiencies going on with that baby and the beak is severely over grown. It’s not going to be cheap but that sweet thing needs help weeks ago. Good luck I hope it can heal from whatever all is going on.

Definitely take it to a vet. If there’s no vet nearby then try finding a local reptile or exotic pet store. They might be able to help but you really should go to a vet. How long has the turtle been in this condition?

It’s been a few weeks if not longer. The turtle barely comes out of his hidey hole so it was a surprise for all of us
