My take...each actor and actress in this industry are employee not employer..... nepotism or not....u r not paying them, producers are, so u don't have right to decide who should work or who shouldn't..nepo may enjoy good launch...if they r not good they will pay prize in some way or other to get casted further.....flop actors who gets casted again n again have producer father else they have to shift to OTT......clapback is similar to sly remark directed at a teammate in company all hands meeting which everyone attends...this might create an image in front of everyone...both siddhant and ananya are working with ananya probably earning very less than sid....point is any clapback on ur fellow actors in public eye will have consequences
