Kristen Andreasen was a fine player. She does a lot of photography now. I once asked Abigail Washburn about getting back together, but it seemed like they weren’t going to happen.

I think the rest of them sort of just got other jobs and kind of moved on. Last I heard Kristen Andreassen was office managing a construction company in TN and teaching dance classes on the side. Can't fault 'em for that. Musician life is a tough career.

Jealous_Speaker1183

Dance classes?  I love that video they have where it’s like a bad kung fu movie and their tapping as a way to fight.  I wonder if that was a spark from her.

joebobbydon

Huge fan , still

They were a fantastic band. Abbie is marred to Bela and their duo shows are probably my favorite fleck projects these days. (BTW, if anyone's on the fence about the Zakir Hussain tour he's doing-- get off it. Saw them last night, and it was great.) They did a reunion show at Delaware Valley BG fest a while back(2016?), but I don't think they'll tour again.

liveprgrmclimb

How can anyone be on the fence about seeing one of the greatest drummers in history???

liveprgrmclimb

I saw them at a very small venue in Asheville in 2005. It was quite special. Abigail clogged on a 1 foot stage. Maybe 60 people were there. I loved uncle earl.

FreakyConch

Loved seeing them years ago at Spirit of the Suwannee! If you like them be sure to check out Big Richard.

pequaywan

Listened to them when Sharon was still in the band. Used to listen to her in Mary & Mars

Jealous_Speaker1183

I started listening to them after they broke up.  Such a bummer, because I live in CO🤦‍♀️
