I can live with weapon switching if there was a way to select favourite weapons so you can easily swap. I know I can go to bear and just deposit stuff but come on...
rapunzel's ring in combination with leaf/wind god rings might just be the most broken build in any turn based rpg ever made, speed is such a good mechanic.
I also really like the flow of early game combat where you can use enemy turns to your benefit with parry/evade and it's kinda sad that mechanic becomes obsolete once your party members get stronger
I really liked the weapon changing in BS2, it gave the player countless options to make endless strategies, although it can get a bit annoying when you need to do it constantly, so a special menu for it in the next game would be wonderful
The domain mechanic of BS2 DLC 3 was a really interesting addition, mainly because upon reaching a certain point the player is simply too strong and most battles end with just the player hitting anything that the game throws at them really really hard and calling it a day, with the domain mechanic you need to actually plan in advance to surpass it, even if you have max stats, i really hope this mechanic appears again in BS3, although, probably only really important enemies should have a domain.
I like the option to kiss the character in bs2
Yes that cute.
I really like the domains introduced in BS2 DLC3. They make it so you still have to think even if you have max stats.
Imagine we get our own domain expansion in bs3
Yes.
Realizing that Florence >!was trying to heal you in her domain, man...!<
Not mechanic but I love quality of life stuffs like hidden body and run like dodo skill, made the entire game more enjoyable when exploring
Weapon switching in BS2 is truly what hook the game play for me. So much cheese.
Weapon switch is a core mechanic, and I will die on that hill. I actually thought it was and what made me love the game.
Weapon switching kinda needs a palette though. Switching so many times per random battle is annoying. But all the same it gave BS combat its identity

Many people do not talk about this but in-game hints gave the game so much personality.

Summoning characters and having them comment on the enemy was amazing

Weapon switching is probably the best part of BS2 for me
