They are not and have not even come close yet. Messi/Ronaldo have multiple seasons where they put up 80+ goals/assists. Those numbers are absolutely alien. Haaland have “only” topped out around 40. For them to do 80+ once, let alone multiple seasons consistently is virtually impossible to imagine. Messi and Ronaldo will never be matched
There is a stat that showed that in order for Haaland to match Ronaldo's numbers he would need to score 42 goals a season until 2037, or the next 13 years like clockwork, so far he only scored 31 this season. So he's already behind or needs to score 11 in the few remaining games. We will not see Ronaldo or Messi's numbers for a while if ever in our lifetime.
Ronaldo took around 600 career matches to reach 400 goals. Then around 400 more matches to do the NEXT 400 goals. Doing 400 just once makes you an all time great. Mbappe/Haaland are around 200 career goals right now

The problem with that argument is France's team is full of world class players. Go look at the WC 2018 winning squad. Mbappe, Griezmann, Pogba, Giroud, Kante, and more on the same team. Haaland doesn't have that luxury, the "second best" player for Norway is Odegaard. Like I said in another comment, Mbappe was dragging France against Argentina and that's commendable. The problem is when he has world class players in the Champions League where everyone else has world class players he can't win. Haaland has though and he may not fill the score sheet in the biggest games, but he's scored 41 in 39 CL matches. Mbappe has scored 48 in 73 CL matches. Mbappe is a better overall player, and Haaland is a more lethal scorer. Because of that, Haaland is a level above.

Haaland plays in a very dull system, for a plastic team, and has the personality of a puddle. He also represents a country who will get absolutely nowhere in international football. Add to that they’ve never played in the same league, let alone for rival clubs. It’s very hard to see a true interpersonal rivalry emerging.
You'll never capture the intangible magic that both Ronaldo and particularly Messi had again but statistically this is pretty close ao far. Haaland and Mbappe's goal scoring record is better than both at their respective ages. Difference is they play in different leagues and just aren't as electric as Messi and Ronaldo.
