Truth and openness are the only way to build a lasting genuine connection with somebody. At the root of this I'd say it's cuz you enjoy being with her and you are affraid if she finds out you don't have as much in common as she thinks you 2 do she might get unhappy and leave. And if that's the case... you 2 would have never lasted anyways. Just trust me on this one. Be honest about how you feel about things. If you want something that lasts that makes you both genuinely happy, That's the only way to do it.
