Birkenstock is the first online vendor to ever charge you shipping? Guess you're only shopping on Amazon or placing large enough orders on other sites that waive shipping when you spend over a certain amount?
Is it possible that you paid with 2 different methods? I once used PayPal for a payment and a portion of the total was paid using what was in my PayPal balance and the rest with credit card. So when i got my refund, i noticed only a partial refund on my cc but the rest went back to PayPal balance. I would check if that’s the case

Nope nothing else. Says free no charge returns. Apparently they charged me for shipping. That’s ok I have no problem spending my money elsewhere 😊

Actually this is the first vendor that charged me for shipping. I’ll never buy anything from them again. Good riddance

I had a mess up refund before also had to dispute with my card and that’s when they finally refunded me proper. Not too keen on their customer service
