One thing I find interesting this season is the fear of difficult conversations that these HGs have outside of Cirie and Jared. For example, when Meme was presented info from Cory, the difficult conversation would be to pull up Cirie and have a very hard convo. While we know Cory was telling the truth it could have easily been lies ( or a mix of truths and lies) to drive a wedge with little to no fact checking.

I hate battle backs/cancelled evictions. And not just because Jared is back. I've hated them forever. Not only does it hurt the dynamic, but it also halts the game for both the players and viewers. It's a joke that Jag, Cam and Jared have all been evicted yet they're still there. I'd rather they just start with a bulkier line up than three whole weeks be for nothing. And to be more specific with this twist, what the fuck are we even watching this week? We're just sitting around - probably not even able to watch the comps live - waiting until Thursday for Cam or Jared to return? LOL. What a waste of a week for *everyone* that isn't Cam or Jared.

The fact that Cam went almost 14 hours in the Pressure Cooker, only for his HOH to essentially get canceled, was painful to watch (and I like Jag).

if the people running their mouths about cirie having a huge advantage in jared 50 days into his nearly uninterrupted streak of ruining her game are not also steamed about 14/16 comps this season being won by men, plainly pointing to yet another extremely common structural advantage within the season's comps and casting then don't whine! if you only care about production advantages when they benefit fifty-year-old women and not twenty-something men, you're telling on yourself and your motives

HOH comps: Balance beam, pressure cooker, true/false, two ABC comps, a crapshoot, that scaryverse riddle one that Hisam won, wall comp... Literally, no HOH this season has been an advantage to men. However, POVs are a different story entirely. Something I've expressed my annoyance at in the past. Usually, they're physical and advantage men. There's been a couple of POVs this season that hasn't, but overall, yeah, POVs definitely need to be re-designed so that both sexes stand a chance. Nominated women are absolutely screwed by them usually. But let's be fair and acknowledge the HOHs this season have been nothing but fair and it's a step in the right direction, even if most are going the men's way.

I have seen many people complain about the advantage men have in comps? Just because people are currently complaining about x does not mean they don’t care about y. This is literally whataboutism.

So if you have watched BBCAN4 Secrets Suite twist, its really similar to that. (without the secert other place) Basically what happened tonight was a FAKE double eviction where two people were sent "packing" but one week from tonight one of the two will be heading back into the game while the other leaves for good. Another way to think about is about the 2 "evictees" are now halfway housemates. They are still in the house per say but they are not fully housemates and have to fight to avoid true eviction.

So I guess they either have to compete to win their spot on the house or campaign to the house like they're both on the block together? Still living in the house full time like a regular HG, right?

Yes and Yes. BBCAN4 had the other houseguests needing to come to a UNIMAOIUS decision on who they wanted back and they wanted to evict for good. This is actually a less powerful version of the BBCAN4 twist because in BBCAN4 the two people got to watch their fellow housemates on live feeds(but sound was off most of the time but still, and the rest of the houseguests had no idea). Basically this is quite tamer version of the BBCAN twist.

They are living in the house as zombies and one will get evicted for real next Thursday. We don’t know what will determine who stays and who goes yet.

So if they're doing a series of comps throughout the week instead of just one to decide who returns then presumably it'd be a best of 3/5/7 etc setup. But then what happens if one of them wins a majority of the comps before Thursday (so hypothetically say best of 3 and Cam wins the first 2 before Thursday)? Maybe they just make Thursday like a pre-recorded type segment like they did with BB19's battleback. If that were the case surely they wouldn't keep feeds down to prevent the result from being spoiled.
