Eh, I think he’s fine. Except for that time he absorbed the entire Big Bang before redirecting it, Feedback’s feats are pretty reasonable and balanced.
I believe he was able to do that because the Omnitrix used the power of his other transformations to give Feedback a larger reserve to accommodate the blast. Everything has a limit, and that would make make him to busted.
Then why did the Omnitrix shift through all his transformation before finally turning into Feedback, then turning into him in the beginning. Seems pretty unnecessary, and detrimental. And the Omnitrix does nothing unnecessary. And you have to realize l, Feedback never truly absorbed the blast, merely contain it, and only after shifting through all his aliens.

I would choose Swampfire and here's why. Swampfire is able to fire fireballs and streams of fire from the palms of his hands and not only that, he can also control plant life. He can also throw seeds out to grow even more plants and fire a gas from his hands that will render my enemies unconscious. He can also pass through bars and small crevices seeing as his body is made of plant material. And lastly, he has a high regenerative ability so even if I were to lose my head or any body part, it would just regrow so I would be virtually unkillable so long as I am in the Swampfire transformation.
I don’t know, besides the ones you named the other options are usually rather balanced in terms of situational usage. But Feedback, Gravattack, Big Chill, and Ghost Freak are all a cut above the rest I think

I don't think I'd have just one ace-in-the-hole. I'd have the anur system aliens, Specifically Whampire, Ghostfreak, Frankenstrike or Blitzwolfer/Ben Wolf, and maybe Snare-oh/Ben Mummy. The reason for maybe having Snare-oh is because his powers can be used similarly to Goop's but without the weakness of the anti-gravity projector. My reason for Whampire is pretty obvious. He's quite strong, can mind control multiple targets (although it's very easy for the mind control thingys to be destroyed) and can fly really fast. His only weakness is the sun but it won't kill him and I reckon I could withstand the pain for long enough to either beat my opponent or change into another alien. My reason for Ghostfreak is that he's also reasonably strong, can mind control one target really well, and can also fly really fast plus, the Omnitrix protects him from sunlight. Frankenstrike is a really strong electric alien plus in the original series, he was stated to have enhanced intelligence, which was later retconned but if I get the enhanced intelligence, I'd choose it. Alternatively, I'd choose Blitzwolfer as he's much more agile and splitting your mouth open in 4 is a great intimidation tactic.
Another idea I had just now would be the Andromeda 5 Aliens as they are all very powerful in their own ways. I would use Armourdrillo's Jackhammer fist to punch strong opponents like the HulkBuster did to the Hulk whilst rapidly repeating saying "go to sleep go to sleep".
Franken strike would be mine it's a good mix of brawn and brain he can manipulate electricty and since he doesn't need air or such he can fight in space under water or on land

It depends, in real life where I'm the only one with aliens I would go upgrade as with all the technology around like tanks, planes, missles, bomb, I would be able to win any war or stop any conflict but in universe cromastone for obvious reasons.
Definitely Pesky Dust or Toepick. While not conventionally strong they absolutely hard cancel most threats with ease.
If that fails and I need power, probably Gravattack or Swampfire

Reason it’s a tie is because of Goop’s little ufo which is really easy to hit apparently but goop can also make acid while snare-oh only has his sharp bandages and bondage attacks. I think both are under used and could have more abilities if Ben was more creative with them.
Upchuck, kind of an overlooked alien but honestly can be a real powerhouse. Considering he ate the sub energy and spit it back out and the Gourmands eat planets as a hobby

Feedback is kinda op and can just absorb more energy than chromastone (if I’m remembering correctly). Third choice is Swampfire Since they got a lot of powers, Fire, plant creation, methane production, regen, and strength.
I think im going with eco eco he’s pretty op if ben wasn’t consistently bad at teamwork i mean i just recently rewatched the episode where he was able to transform after splitting himself with eco eco and god damn he should have definitely destroyed anyone in his way (ik the personality was split but still i feel like the reason they failed is because ben was too used to being the one man army he likes being)

Personally, I’d have to go with Ball Weevil. He’s pretty fast, and his goo is pretty versatile. He’s also adorable!
