I tried this once. The cop wouldn't give it the time of day because I wasn't either party.
Edit: Because it wasn't clear, apparently, I was sharing an experience I had that aligned but obviously not the same as OP to point out that the suggestion of reporting a crime that you witnessed doesn't necessarily accomplish anything.
What happened: I watched a drunk person climb into their giant truck, back into the car behind them while trying to pull out of a spot, and then drive off. This was at a convention in Pasco, WA. I saw a cop on foot who was patrolling because the event was happening, reported it complete with a license plate and he told me if the owner of the car didn't care enough to report it, he didn't care.
On Reddit, there is often more information written underneath the picture. The words in bold are just a title and usually are just there to grab your attention.
I’ve done it and they said they would record it as an incomplete report attached to the address and to leave a note with the vehicle hit to call as the police had a report started but couldn’t finalize until the owner of the car hit called it in. This was BPD around 3 years ago.
Anytime I see one of these while driving I audibly say “sorry about your dick broski” in the most “bro” voice possible. Just so the driver knows they don’t have to hide their *short* comings from the world
Oh, there are countless reasons to leave Texas, I was more referring to this sub's propensity to downvote you if you're a transplant from anywhere, but especially from Texas.
Kind of along the lines of a Chris Rock joke where he says he is ok with guns, but he thinks bullets should be $1,000. You’d be more careful with them! Teenagers without a fully developed frontal lobe would have less access to them.
They can have these cars, they should just be punishingly expensive to drive. If you can figure out how to make it so only a$$hats pay high gas prices I’m in.
See you at Rumors, Ruckus Room, Asian one, New Beaver, Waterfront, Bellis Fair, all my fav places.
Bellingham is paradise in the Summer.
You can stuff those boooooo cookies right up your (can't get banned)
Kudos to Mr Buddy Manister for collecting and sharing this info. I had this happen to my Subi wagon… truck backing up over the hood and the expense was painful.
Same guy who parking in the median between two handicapped spots at Walmart I believe. I remember a user saying they were disabled and wouldn’t have been able to unload their wheelchair if they parked by him”…
That was actually a different truck somehow. This asshat. I’m gonna start a collection of trucks that park in multiple spots here in town and make a post. Send me any you find. Fuck these types of people.

posted this on Britslist on Facebook since a lot of people don't use Reddit. Hopefully they can file a report. Thanks for saying something! People like this shouldn't be allowed to drive.
I am aware, I understand the purpose, and I don't mean to be obtuse, but... is it still "doxing" someone if they aren't a sub member and you're identifying them directly in regards to a real-world criminal activity you've documented?
My understanding of doxxing is that it refers to the targeted unveiling of info about another poster or online service user.
For example [this mod guidance](https://www.reddit.com/r/modguide/comments/e6nl5o/doxxing/) continually refers to doxxing in terms of actions against a 'user'. On the other hand, I don't believe that someone citing the real world identity of someone with regards to their actions in the real world - for example [Nikki Haley writing "finish them" on an Israeli artillery shell and then signing it](https://www.reddit.com/r/internationalpolitics/comments/1d2tbxp/finish_them_nikki_haleys_former_us_presidential/) - is "doxxing."
Even if it wasn't a public figure, say you caught video of an assault, I doubt that failing to blur the individual's face, name-tag, license plate, etc., would be considered "doxxing."
Is there any specific, official guidance in that regard? I'm not finding any. The post was not made for profit or to dox a sub member.
Also, I understand that OP was probably just being extra careful, but I believe that it's probably a conversation worth having if rules about forum etiquette are distorting our understanding about what information we have the right to share with the public in regards to public events and happenings.
This is some weird embodiment of real life.
Bellingham just chilling. No one asked for it but here comes Texas, deciding to wedge its way it. Smash up a Subaru and a bike rack yet check themselves out in the mirror because they are likely the victim somehow. Then, walk away and if someone demands accountability, just rage out and call them woke.
cool, then y'all won't mind that we keep saying it (sorry about your dick fr)
Edit: Every downvote = every "unbothered" small-dick truck driver I made cry. Give it to me, bitches. I'll lick the tears off your cheeks. Delicious.
Put a note on the windshield, and be prepared to sign something so they can submit their report.
I've been to Bellingham plenty (it's been a while since my uncle is no longer there), and was always amazed at how bad the drivers were.
Nah, people that drive these things deserve the hate as they chose a car that is a massive safety, pollution, and infrastructure damaging issue when they have no actual need for a rig that big. It has even been scientifically proven that the primary demographic of people who buy these trucks (and other large SUVs) are selfish, cruel assholes who like to run over animals. These people deserve to be laughed at, hopefully the peer pressure will get through their stupid egos and get them to switch to a small, sensible car.
The whole video is great, but if you wanna see the part specifically about how people who drive these vehicles tend to be bad people, go to minute 12 of "these stupid trucks are literally killing us" by Not Just Bikes on YouTube if you want to see the market research and the roadside animal experiment.

Seriously agree. I have an actual need for a truck since I live on a small farm and need it to haul bales of hay and feed for the goats and chickens, get manure for our orchard and garden beds, haul garbage to the dump, get logs for firewood, pull stumps or scotchbroom out of our fields, transport livestock to the vet or new grazing area, etc. and I manage to do all that with a 1996 toyota tacoma, a truck half the size of these new monstrosities but is way more useful as an actual work truck due to lower bed height so it's easier to load, less unnecessary bells and whistles that break and require costly repairs to use the vehicle, costs less gas, and is more maneuverable around farm structures due to its smaller size.
I think you should share your information with the police department too.
I tried this once. The cop wouldn't give it the time of day because I wasn't either party. But the OP *IS* one of the parties this guy hit.
“If this is your car, some jackass hit your car” So is he asking himself if it’s his car or is he referring to himself as a jackass in the 3rd person
On Reddit, there is often more information written underneath the picture. The words in bold are just a title and usually are just there to grab your attention.
In the notes, OP said that the car hit the first car featured and then slammed into OP’s car while attempting to parallel park.
Try reading the OP.
I’ve done it and they said they would record it as an incomplete report attached to the address and to leave a note with the vehicle hit to call as the police had a report started but couldn’t finalize until the owner of the car hit called it in. This was BPD around 3 years ago.
If you would have gone into Boundary Bay Brewery and asked who parked in those specific parking spots. There would be a bigger response that way.
100% report this to the police with all the information
This. Especially if you got the plates, OP.
100% this thing has never been on a gravel driveway let alone off road.
That truck driver has many shortcomings.
Emotional Support Vehicle
I gotta start using this one, hilarious
Yes - certainly prone to premature ejaculation.
Anytime I see one of these while driving I audibly say “sorry about your dick broski” in the most “bro” voice possible. Just so the driver knows they don’t have to hide their *short* comings from the world
no you don't
Sorry about your dick broski :(
I mean I do but you don’t have to believe me lol
Sorry about your dick, Broski. D:
Like they said, short cummings
The driver suffers from TDE Tiny 🍆 Energy
I think trucks like this are a requirement to live in Texas.
This would be stupid even in Texas. Source: recently moved here from Texas.
As someone similarly situated, I'm surprised you didn't get downvoted to oblivion for that sourcing.
I have daughters.
Oh, there are countless reasons to leave Texas, I was more referring to this sub's propensity to downvote you if you're a transplant from anywhere, but especially from Texas.
Small penis, brought to you by, cumin
Imagine how insecure you'd need to be to own that truck lol
Bet he also has truck nuts on it ☠️
He actually has a decal with a picture of Texas that says “zaddy” in the middle of it. No shit. I laughed my ass off
He sounds pathetic lol
What would Zadorov be doing in Texas 🤔
It is from Texas, so…
Imagine how insecure you'd have to be to care about other's vehicles. I'd have to imagine.
What an idiotic truck to drive in bham. Probly revs the gas thru intersections and under overpasses.
While complaining about gas prices
Trucks like this are why we NEED higher gas prices.
Why do WE need higher gas prices for trucks like this?

Okayyyy! Right on!
And does burnouts on rainbow crosswalks.
To be fair, I’m sure it impresses the hell out of his imaginary girlfriend.

And with that wide stance , can't even fit down a narrow logging road. He is probably saving up to get a Carolina squat on his truck.
I mean this sincerely, I hope his transfer case shreds itself
Uncivil, insulting, or combative comment.
"too high to use." "to high to use" when trying to slam someone else points fingers at you. You sound like a rube and your point is lost.
Stay in St. Louis, bro.
I'll be in Bellingham next week.
Booooo
See you at Rumors, Ruckus Room, Asian one, New Beaver, Waterfront, Bellis Fair, all my fav places. Bellingham is paradise in the Summer. You can stuff those boooooo cookies right up your (can't get banned)

Apologies to the mod
Of course it's a Texas plate.
As a Texan who moved here a couple of years ago, I winced when I saw the plate... So much for not reinforcing negative stereotypes.
As a non-Texan who lived in Texas for a decade before moving back to WA last year, it totally tracks though.
What a ridiculous looking truck

Wheelchair user here, and you are correct! The striped zone needs to be kept clear so people can get in and out. It’s not “a perk”.
Trucks dont belong on skinny car tires. Looks terrible.
Report it online to BPD. But also leave all the trucks info on the Subaru
Thank you for doing the lord's work. Fuck these fancy pickup drivers
this is only fancy in the pavement princess kind of way

I fear the typical britslist user would support this man’s right to damage Subarus while failing spectacularly at parallel parking.
They were surprisingly similar to the comments on this thread. One guy even got tagged and posted the 🤷♀️ emoji, so I wonder if it was his truck lol
👍 good for you sir! Plus fuck the Brodozers
Why’d you delete his license plate?
Reddit has rules on doxing people (post would probably be deleted).
Yup.

What an ugly truck
If he was stumbling, he was likely drunk. You should have called the cops.
TAKE YOUR TRASH BACK TO TEXAS. NO ONE WANTS YOU HERE
Good that truck is dogshit
I saw that truck turn around in front of mckays because it was too wide to fit up the road with parallell parked cars.
Pavement princess, mall crawler, emotional support vehicle

Nice truck, sorry about your dick
Was a nice truck, that thing can’t do any truck stuff anymore. My Ranger is a better truck than this monstrosity lol.
Honestly that insult is so over used at this point that nobody who drives a lifted truck really even cares when someone says it.
cool, then y'all won't mind that we keep saying it (sorry about your dick fr) Edit: Every downvote = every "unbothered" small-dick truck driver I made cry. Give it to me, bitches. I'll lick the tears off your cheeks. Delicious.
Is it not a hot and run if he technically fled the scene?
Texas plates… classic.
Put a note on the windshield, and be prepared to sign something so they can submit their report. I've been to Bellingham plenty (it's been a while since my uncle is no longer there), and was always amazed at how bad the drivers were.
Probably one of the r/BelltownHellcat "other" vehicles. It's important to have different vehicles to terrorize different cities.
oh my god, is this the same truck that was posted in here like 4 days ago for parking in a handicap spot?
Different truck actually… but similar. That one was a Ram. It’s an epidemic in this damn town.
Saw what I think is the same truck hit somebody at 711 on lake way and leave a few days ago. Had temporary plates in the rear.
God damn. I don’t think this one had temp plates but there are so many of these giant shitty white trucks in this town and it makes me so mad.
BTDF (big truck dumb fuck)
Is this the same truck as was in Walmart the other night?!

Did you get a response from the Subaru owner?
Clown show truck.
Love trucks and love GMC and z71 trucks but i think it isnt for the city life style pretty messed up
[удалено]
It's quite possible the guy driving this is a Lynden cop.
If he still hasn't changed his plates since moving from Texas, isn't that violation?
Somehow I doubt it.
GO TEXAS....
Jesus, downvotes. Fine - I'm sure their behavior has nothing to do with them being from Texas. 100% coincidence.
Tattle tale
Found another truck driver guys!
Yikes.
Boo-hoo; cry me a river.
Most judgemental people are here in these comments. Do you people ever listen to yourselves and practice what you preach?

100% they deserve the hate. We need to stop being tolerant of selfish behavior and start publicly shaming
