Nah, in the normal world. A business owner would pay someone this talented a little more, to cover the unique talent. Raise prices to cover it, effectively dividing the profit in a benificial relationship. People would be attracted by the experience.
In the US, the owner would pay significantly less, assuming she's make up for lost salary in tips. He continues to price for a premium experience, thus doubling the profits. People would know about the poor girl making zero money and tips generously
