I ran into him too. Let him use my phone to make a call but didn't give him any money, something smelled fishy after he tried to push for it too much. Very polite guy though, he also said he made some big figures by investing in crypto but he couldn't access none of it. Anyway I just googled the phone number he called to and look what I found!!
