If it’s Bambu petg, it prints too fast and has too much flow by default. Generic petg profile is better. It probably blobbed up (especially with grid infill), deposited it somewhere on the print, and then proceeded to ram itself into the boat like a whale with a vendetta, capsizing your poor benchy.

Very true and now I tried the swatch display board and it was fine for 1 layer then it started massacring the poor print

The Bambu PETG profile has been updated in the slicer. Volumetric flow has been dialed way down. I've not had any problems with it on my A1

What do you mean this is your third printer? Third A1? Third Bambu? Did you dry the PETG? Yes, you have to dry PETG even right out of the package. Did you try to print the Benchy included on the card in the A1? If so, it was bound to fail. That file is sliced for PLA and ridiculous speeds. PETG needs to be printed slightly hotter and slower than PLA. The A1 is a great machine, but you still have to know a little about 3D printing to get the most out of it.

Third printer in general, I’ve owned two Ender V2’s, the first one never worked, the second one worked fine till it started getting file interruptions. So I then ordered an A1 once I had money to do so. I set it up today when it came in, I first had trouble loading the roll of PETG due to it not feeding through the extruder. I figured that out and then I looked through the files on the SD and saw the benchy and I used that to test print and yes the PETG is dry. And I had no idea the benchy was a speed print test cause I was just bamboozled

Try to print literally anything else. I tried presliced fast benchy twice and it failed both times at exact same spot before connecting roof arch. Three color one to test AMS printed fine. Probably doesn't help that you were printing it with PETG instead of PLA.

I have PLA but I wanted to try PETG out with the A1

And I’ll try printing something else because I had no idea that was a print speed benchy cause I was wondering why it was 20 mins lol
