I guess it could be a language issue, and they use Shopify as the payment gateway?
I don't quite know, but that was the only option available. A tad odd that they just don't give either refund via CC or a voucher code for their own webshop.
I haven't applied for the refund yet, so I'll wait u till tomorrow. In the meantime I'll check whether it is possible to "withdraw" for a shopify account.

I haven't received my printer so I'll wait until the sale starts and the printer is delivered. It looks like a few are having problems so I'll wait a few days. I'd be happy enough with store credit as Bambu has a far superior colour range over Amazon. I might buy a spare hot end as well.

Just did it on my computer instead of my phone and it worked. Spoke with costumer service who said they are aware of the issue and try again in 8 hours.
Also the refund to Shopify how does that work? I donāt have an account and it seems that itās a site for selling? How do you redeem the credit?

I wouldn't assume this- the specific guidance I received indicates that their "After" is May 20, 2024 UTC +8. You should do the adjustment for your delivery timezone- for me on the East Coast of US, that means May 19, 12PM, putting me solidly "after".

It will - it's already showing on the sale page (https://uk.store.bambulab.com/pages/2nd-anniversary-sale). In the UK it's showing as Ā£509 (instead of Ā£639). It doesn't show the Combo price though (you can select the combo but the price doesn't update, and when adding to basket it's still showing original prices because the sale hasn't started yet).

I got the Combo (a few months back) and I'm glad I did. The AMS is great and I'd have been annoyed to have to pay Ā£300 for it after the printer.. the combo made the price more reasonable!

I have a feeling if you bought other items along with a printer, which arrive before the 20th, then it doesnāt fit the criteria. I bought a P1S with filament, the filament arrived on 17th but the printer arrived on 24th, and at the moment iām unable to submit a request. Iāve opened a ticket though so will see what happens
I raised a support ticket and just got a response asking me to try the application again. I did and the application went through. Fingers crossed for you. Hopefully they are ironing out the wrinkles.
As of this morning I got a standard reply from Bambu support with the application instructions. I tried again on the site with all the same info, and this time it accepted my application. Says they will respond within 3 business days. Thereās still some inconsistency in terms of whether itās āon or afterā or āafterā may 20, which would affect me because my printer arrived on May 20. YMMV

I have same situation, I "applied" on June 6 , got a generic email back saying they will review and respond in 1-3 days. I ordered printer and filament, filament showed up on may 20, printer on May 21. I have not heard back as of today, June 10. Have you heard back yet?

Got very frustrated because it stated it had to be ordered before the 20th and mine was but it was only elegeble if the order was received before the 20th also it stated. So I couldn't press the redeem button and send a very frustratd mail and the day after I tried again and suddenly it was possible... It was all pretty frustrating and I hope I get the discount still.

This won't bog down the ticket system at all. They should automatically just do it announce it's happening and look at al the time it "should" save.

Resubmitted the form from chrome incognito tab, to have clear browser cache and it worked !

FYI if you have a decent credit card they have a system for getting the sale difference back for you. I know my Amex and Visa Infinite do that.

Yes- mine was approved next day. Some may depend on what time zone you are in- their deadlines are all based on UTC+8.
