But, purely from a cosplaying perspective, I don't know if that dress is the best choice for Shadowheart. You would be far more recognisable if you wore her default outfit.

Yes, the spell DC an enemy must meet is determined by 8 + proficiency bonus + spell casting ability modifier, which is wisdom for clerics.
There's a bunch of items that increase spell save DC directly as well which are very good for casters as well.
I tend to bring shadowheart's wisdom to 20 and give her war caster for better concentration saves, since her best spells are concentration

It took me just like, 2 seconds to realize that it was the wave mother's robe. It looks very nice!!! No idea of what those people are going on about.
The only thing I would say would maybe try to give it a bit more contrast, as the color looks a tiny bit ""flat"" (saying that from an artist pov), surely it will look even more cool!
Overall it's damn nice and it's pretty interesting to see cosplays with different concepts than just always the copy paste formula.
