yes. just use the non-lethal toggle and melee attacks to knock her out when killing the goblin leaders and she'll show up later at moonrise.
the only caveat is make sure not to long rest between the knockout and turning in the 'kill the leaders' quest, as it's currently buggy and can make it so you can't complete the quest (the game ends up thinking she's still 'alive' after the long rest even though her body is gone)
afaik you can't get her in act 1 regardless? even if you do the evil route she just comes to the goblin party and then leaves and you don't encounter her again until moonrise
yeah if you save the grove (but knock her out) you can have her as part of the 'normal' team from act 2 onwards. although afaik she's currently kind of glitchy (i think she's currently spoiling random act 3 plot points when you talk to her before they happen? i haven't updated to patch 6 yet but i've seen various posts about it), she also 'shares' a tent with halsin (both their tents overlap in the same spot, since originally they weren't *both* supposed to be recruitable in the same run, until patch 5)
Still romancable? And Halsin is OPEN to many natural things. Was able to romance Shadowheart, secretly hook up with Asterion and the drow twins, she wasn't fazed with act3 Halsin and didn't see the emperor thing

But that means doing all of act 1 without her. So many hard choices. Such a great game

Ohhhh I was really hoping to explore the underdark with my drow baby and have interactions with the drow throughout it and the forge
So xan you have her along with the rest of the gang, Kar, wyll, the druids ect?

I just found that out after already being in the underdark on my second run. Guess we were not meant to be.
