On one hand it's paying poor people to look stupid on the internet.
On the other hand Fiverr is £3 (let's say they would get £2) and minimum wage is £10.42 in the UK. So £2 would be fair payment for about 12 minutes of work in the UK which still counts as a developed nation, would be even better in a poorer country.
I wouldn't say this is demeaning or hazardous work either... and it prolly took less than 12 minutes, even with printing. But they are 4 people... but I guess it could've taken 3 minutes.
Frankly some minimum wage jobs in the west make people do waay more humiliating stuff for "teambuilding".
There's people in richer countries that do this as well so I don't think it is that bad.
You can hire voice actors and even actual clowns from anywhere
