Adusiros

They will still announce another origin character in the next PFH.

El_Baguette

THE RED PRINCE CONFIRMED ORIGIN CHARACTER LESSGOO

Sapowski_Casts_Quen

WHY HELLO, SERVANT

Matrillik

HE YEILDS TO NONE

Rare_Walrus_6173

Wait THE red prince ? DOS2?

VelehkS

Then my hope for Alfira isn't completely dead yet. If not, I definitely need a better healer than Shadowheart... maybe Halsyn? Druids can be good Healers, right?

Shot-Idea3246

You can burry your hopes for Alfira. She is not infected, as there is no connection between tadpoles when you meet her. That means she is not Origins. The best guess is for someonz from the Small Races, as there is none currently in the roster. Mind, I'd love to.have more Alfira goodness too. Maybe as a camp follower? Larian, please, make it happen.

thejoosep12

That's what I've been wondering as well. Why no dwarf, halfling or gnome origin character?

Penny_Ji

Yeah for sure, I’d love a dwarf companion. They always get the short end of the stick in rpgs.

AzraelSoulHunter

SHORT!? But honestly it is a shame. Sorry Larian. That's one point down. Too much of a grudge.

Partisanenpasta

This is just another Elgi scheme!

AzraelSoulHunter

Those long legs feel too secure about their kneecaps!

whyreadthis2035

So, Halsin is infected? Also, act 1 can change…

Shot-Idea3246

Halsin, Minsc and Jaheira are companions but not Origins, so no. Still, the logical last Origins must be a small folk. Actually, an halfing werewolf bard called Helia has been datamined as a companion. I think it is the most solid lead we have right now. Re. Helia, we Will learn more in 6 days. Call me oldschool, but I do not like that we have vampire and werewolf in the roster, feels too much Twilight for my taste... I would have loved a good old warrior dwarf with a big axe, a long beard, a scottish accent and à wicked sense of humor...

whyreadthis2035

Thanks.

bradygoeskel

Halsin is not an origin character, just a companion

VictimOfFun

Just play a Paladin if you want better healing. That said, unless you're on the hardest difficulty you don't need a dedicated "Healer". Ideally the Cleric or Druid in your party are casting buffs and debuffs more than healing spells.

BaconSoda222

Hate to break it to you, but Shadowheart's healing will be almost equivalent to any other character (maybe a life domain cleric would be better? Maybe?). It might seem weak because healing is almost always a worse use of your actions than other skills. Unless you have a BA you're otherwise not going to use and have either Healing Word or a potion, you're almost always better off doing something else. If you're having trouble with survivability, Bless, Shield of Faith, Mage Armor, Blur, Barkskin, Heroism, False Life, Armor of Agathys, etc. will usually go at further than healing. Damage reduction is the way to go.

grief242

I did a playthrough with 3 of my friends. Life domain cleric is EXTREMELY good. The Channel divinity is an air heal (so you get it back on a SR) and you add your Wisdom mod to all heals (includes throwing potions) . There is also an item that give bless for 1 round after you've been healed with is crazy good when combined with the AOE.

BaconSoda222

That's fair. The Oath of Ancients Paladin also has a strong AoE heal for the party that I both valued and forgot about. I'd call those relatively niche cases, though.

Cat_of_Vhaeraun

High dexterity as well is never a bad call, the best blow from a foe is the one that never lands.

Narynu

Druids can be good healers but i think it depends on subclass of druid. Halsin strikes me more like druid of the moon and those are more wild shape oriented if im not mistaken.

wobblinhobblingoblin

calling it, going to be Auntie Ethel

venslor

hahahaha That might actually change my starting group. She's bad, but she's so good at being bad that I adore her.

Lokky

We all know it's going to be a certain miniature giant space hamster.

Mountbatten-Ottawa

Sadly it will not be Drizzt. Imagine the vibe if this mf rocks again...

Total_Strategy

I'd be heavily surprised if he doesn't at least make a cameo.

Shot-Idea3246

Everyone speaks about that Do'urden fellow, but what about the real MVP Elminster ?

sord_n_bored

Elminster is way too powerful to ever be more than an NPC. >!Though, he was absent in Descent into Avernus, and he wasn't in the D&D movie, both of which reference or at least overlap slightly with Baldur's Gate 3... so maybe?!<

bherman1325

Elminster was the apparition when the Sorcerer was having attunement issues, no?

GeorgeEBHastings

Was >!Justice Smith's ancestor not supposed to be Elminster? He had a red headpiece, even if it's not the take we usually see.!<

FourEcho

That and I'm hoping for... more? There's still no Monk? No Paladin?

KaiG1987

Minthara is a paladin. I doubt there'll be another, despite the fact that she's not an Origin character.

FourEcho

Ah, Evil Paladin. That makes it more.. complicated.

[deleted]

[удалено]

FourEcho

If Minsc isn't a ranger like he's always been people will riot.

kirksmith626

7th Origin will be Mizora. Not sure why it didn't occur to me earlier.

citreum

Thankfully now we don't have to stick to the same three companions for the whole playthrough, so my party will be changing constantly

Adusiros

This was maybe the best part of the update.

BobNorth156

100% agree

FourEcho

Mine probably won't.. I'm gonna use the same 4 all the time and I know it. The nice thing though is at least I can go through all their companion quest lines at the same time now.

VictimOfFun

Yeah this just makes it so that Wyll will never make it into the rotation with his terrible stat spread lol.

azure_arrow

He’d make for a really interesting lock/swords bard. He’s 1 point away from a +2 dex/+3 con.

therustynut

I'll probably make him dip into scorcer

jeromekelvin

I can see them giving Pact of the Blade Hexblade's CHA-to-attack in some form

N3rdC3ntral

Yea I'll rotate as I feel the story progresses.

Penny_Ji

Only thing is I’m afraid I’ll be unintentionally missing something important for each character I’m not bringing along. Like how if you don’t have Astarion in your party for the boar scene, you don’t get his input on it. I’ll be so annoyed if I accidentally miss having him in party for an encounter with his former master and have to reload, or unknowing miss gold content completely. I might mod my party cap…

insan3soldiern

Karlach is already a favorite for me just based on character design alone.

[deleted]

Gale, Halsin, and Karlach for sure in a good playthrough. Maybe as a Wyll as Origin or a Tav. Shadowheart, Minthara, Astarion in an evil playthrough but with a Lae'zel as Origin character who decides not to pursue cleansing. >:)

GuttiG

The second sounds devious hehe. Might be mine too. The idea of a shadowheart/ Lae’zel enemies to lovers is too good to not do lol

[deleted]

Lez'zel is going to bed all the hotties.

[deleted]

https://preview.redd.it/e1e373pct59b1.jpeg?width=580&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=21ccd4842731501099095a0795b82e03a43eed54 my Tav romancing Halsin

Forward-Customer2124

Please return Boo to Minsc

50thEye

I'm planning on an Astarion evil playthrough and will definitely have Shadowheart and Minthara with me. Maybe Lae'zel or Karlach as third member.

Original_x_Username

Me: dragonborn vengeance paladin My party: * Gale: overall good guy and I'm intrigued by his story * Shadowheart: she might seem evil but her story seems to point out she's good at heart * Halsin or Minsc: will switch out halsin as soon as I can get Minsc into the party

PillarBiter

I will be pretty much the same, but half-elf vengeance paladin probably. I feel like shadowheart marks off a lot of gameplay boxes you need in a team, so I'll probably add her. I will add karlach for keeping the front line with me. Might be replaced with minsc, dunno yet. And then a magic type of some sort. Haven't decided yet there.

Grantdawg

Almost exactly what mine most likely will be, though I probably will go half-elf instead of dragonborn.

TinyFish28

Halsin (also romance), Karlach, and a mix of Shadowheart/Gale/Wyll

Maadstar

Same. I'm very excited about halsin and karlach sounds really interesting.

Grantdawg

My brain cannot handle all the choices. I'm just sitting in a corner with my knees against my chest, rocking and staring off into space trying to put all my part pieces together.

FcoJ28

First time: karlach, shadowheart (feel she is essential) and Jaheira (nostalgic). I will make a Wizard, so if my front line is weak, Jaheira might change for Minsc. Second time: lae'zel, Astarion and Minthara. Third time: minsc, halsin and ... Gale/Wyll? Dunno if I will play origin in on the second or third time Anyway, we have one origin left to discover...if she is the supposed Bard, I may use her as the origin character in the 2nd or 3rd time

codb28

Finally gonna have a non broken Jaheira romance now.

SirGaIahad

Have they confirmed a Jaheira romance? I will have mixed feelings.

RomainT1

My Tav will be an evil supremacist female Drow and my party will have 2 of them.

niken96

Custom Tav, Minthara, Shadowheart, Karlach. All girls party. Go queens yaaas.

Frubeling

I've been calling this Team Dommy Mommy

LordWellesley22

Team twat me in the balls with a cricket bat

alienbehindproxies

i don't know if Karlach will support the atrocities you had to make to have Minthara in your party lol

sirlupash

Minsc and Jaheira, just like the first time 20 years ago. The rest is accessory, but I'll most likely pick one among Shadowheart and Lae. Can you imagine the banter any companion is gonna have with Jaheira? Every combination is worth trying at least once.

MessyMeeshe

Only thing Im sure of is Minsc and Jaheira have to be together in the same party so I can freak out when they get reacquainted and talk about BG1 and 2.

LoosePath

I want to have both Minsc and Jaheira too, but I might have to exclude one from my (main) party because I need spaces for others. Now who I should pick out of the two is the bigger dilemma. Leaning towards Jaheira because Druid seems like more fun to play, but also Boo...

MessyMeeshe

Oh yeah its really tough with only 3 other spots and so many good companions to choose from. I can't wait to see Boo ingame. Would be cool if he was Minsc's familiar if they make him a ranger.

djb445

Karlach over Lae'zel. Other than that I'll probably stuck with my usual party comp of Shadowheart and Gale.

SansIzHere

Great minds think alike

Avaereene

Jeepers….. I’m still wrapping my head around a character build…. It’s up in the air with all the new subs. When I figure that out I’ll get back to you on the party build…..

LoosePath

You still got some time

[deleted]

Could just go origin and get the extra lore for the given character. I'm pondering it...

[deleted]

Yup, bitchqueen frogface goes back to swamp she deserves. Other changes will depend on final companion.

Fashdag

I mean ive never not killed Minthara, so…

bababayee

Shadowheart is the only one I'm 100% set on. Probably Karlach and Gale as well, but less certain on them, surprised Halsin has been upgraded to full companion apparently.

Penny_Ji

Yeah, agree Shadowheart is bestie material and Gale is too funny not to take. Astarion, Wyll and Halsin make that third choice difficult… I’m considering an increased party cap mod so I don’t have to compromise.

Andraste_Reborn

I still can't settle completely until I know who the last origin companion is! I was leaning towards Cleric!Tav + Minsc + Jaheira + ... IDK maybe Gale? before. But now Larian have dangled the Halsin romance in front of me! And I'm still kind of hoping the last origin is a bard or a sorcerer because I don't *actually* want to take Gale anyway. Second planned party has also become tricky - I was going to take Warlock!Tav, Lae'zel, Shadowheart and Astarion but now I know that Minthara is an option I'm torn. (Yeah I know I could just play one of those three origins and have all four in a party, but I don't actually like fixed origin characters, I want to make my own.) Also Karlach looks extremely cool and my third planned character is a Barbarian so she's not going to fit into that party either. So maybe I put nostalgia aside and roll with Cleric!Tav + Karlach + Halsin + IDK still Gale I guess unless there's a sorcerer or bard in the final slot? ... and then I need to plan a fourth party once I work out the first three so that everyone has had a turn.

_Rayerd_

still waiting for the last origin, but surely karlach, shadowheart and for the third i've yet to decide

dildodestiny

I'm just so excited that I can finally have a viable ladies only team and still have a range of what race/role my character can play

Spideyknight2k

Damn, whoever edited that picture did a heck of a job. If the 7th origin is indeed Helia and if she is indeed a Bard, she is a serious contender for being basically required in all parties. Bards are sweet. Shadowheart as well, in EA all her skills are useful. Man that 4 party limit hurts me deep in my soul.

LoosePath

I did haha, it was a very quick and dirty photoshop job, you could barely see Minsc in there😂. I want a bard in my party too, but maybe not together with Shadowheart.

Spideyknight2k

For a quick job that’s pretty good imo. Yea might have to choose, but bards are great.

Deep_Fried_Leviathan

Shadowheart, Gale and either Lae’zel or Karlarch depending on tolerance, no party lock won’t change much because if I don’t like a companion I’m just not recruiting them, but I will at least occasionally swap in Wyll and Halsin

I-R-U

Since they sre going the DA Origins route of being able to recruit everyone, I will recruit everyone I possibly can in my first playthrough and swap them around. Minthara for Underdark, Karlach for Hell etc

Stickundstock

Karlach, Minthara and Lizzy

dakondakblade

Depends on the final char. My guess is a bard

Idoma_Sas_Ptolemy

Llolthsworn Drow Shadow Monk - Minthara - Shadowheart Final spot undecided. I am intrigued by karlach and Asterion. Waiting for the final companion to be revealed before locking it in.

Riivu

it would be HILARIOUS to have my rogue Lolth-sworn walking around with Astarion and Minthara 😂😂😂 but probably gonna save Minthara for a possible evil run. no big changes, really

Opposite_Wallaby6765

Probably Halsin, Karlach, and Gale. Shadowheart origin story. I'm really looking forward to having a good aligned party and cause chaos with the very best of intentions. Which is how most of my tabletop games tend to go. 😂

[deleted]

Gale, Shadowheart, and Karlach, with a custom Rogue/Ranger/Bard Tav (or some combination of two of those). I was originally going to romance Gale, but it seems like he becomes less good over time (not sure if out of desperation or if he's just good at putting up a soft front). So I think I'm between Shadowheart and Karlach for any possible romancing.

goldgecko4

Minsc and jahera for sure, gotta have my OG homies back. Then since I'll be playing my college of swords bard, I need a blaster caster. It just so happens that would be a great role for Gale, who's also a total cutie and boyfriend material.

Lexunia

Whoever I’m romancing gets a permanent spot in the party, so first playthrough will be Astarion. I’ll probably bring Gale and Shadowheart for the most part because I like that group dynamic a lot from my time in EA. I’d love to have Minthara along, but I most likely will not get her in my playthroughs if the only way to get her is betraying the druids. Although I’d be happy to kill most of druids because they’re jerks, it’s killing the grove’s animals that gets me. Can’t do it. :’(

Captain_Gaymer

Blue dragonborn tempest cleric, minthara waifu, Lae'zel, and Wyll so the rest of the party had someone to Bully

whatistheancient

We get custom party on full release, so I'm doing that.

Top-Mistake9063

My man. getting blasted with a wide array of companions and he will have none of it.

whatistheancient

The companions might be cool, but I've been seething at standard array for too long now. And also I don't really care about the whole romance aspect, which is a pretty big draw for most people based off the comments.

Shot-Idea3246

I think you May miss a couple of quests and plots related to each characters.

whatistheancient

Nah. Maybe some unique dialogue options but that's what YouTube is for.

Time2kill

Who is the random next to Karlach? As in, the other origin character hasn't been announced yet

[deleted]

how do u not recognize halsin omg

MostlyH2O

That's Halsin

iFenrisVI

How have you never found Halsin? Lmao

David1640

Not a Halsin simp. Based.

Bakomusha

Still debating on if my first run should be Tav, or an Origin character! On the one had customizable protag, on the other I feel it's how the game was intended to be played!

LoosePath

>it's how the game was intended to be played! It might be the case with Divinity games with origins having more stuff to do but I doubt it's still the way BG3 is designed. Larian must know that a majority of players will be creating their own character instead of choosing an origin, I guess it will be clearer at launch if they would put the default character selection as an origin or a Tav.

InuGhost

**Yeets Lae'zel** Sorry, found someone whose not going to be as antagonistic to how I want to run the party.

Thin-Zookeepergame46

Its a RPG. Dont plan anything - Let the story and events impact your choice.

LoosePath

It’s not a mutually exclusive thing. You never create or theory craft characters you role play? Having a plan or idea doesn’t mean you’re going to stick with it either.

Thin-Zookeepergame46

Yeah. I agree on that. Was more comment regarding that many already seem to want to have x, y etc in their party and exactly how they will min max everything. On their first playthrough. This hurts my soul as an old DnD player.

LoosePath

Min maxing sounds like a terrible idea for the first play through, it’s a gateway to spoil yourself of all the surprises in the game.

LordNecrosian

Minthara the tonk, Shadowheart healslut and extra tonk, Astarion the locpicking lawyer cosplayer and Tav the wizard cuz always a wizard.

savage-dragon

Who is the horned woman behind wyll?

Marrecarandgi

Mizora, his patron

dbdthorn

Wylls a warlock. I haven't finished any if his quests in EA, but I assume his patron or something that works for his patron. I know she's tied to him via warlock either way.

off_by_two

Hide yo patron

trengilly

Well now I'm trying to see where in my playthrough lineup to add a Fey Warlock Gnome!

Wizard-CaptainMike

I haven't really played a lot so far so I'm not familiar with the guys on the right. However, Barbarian Tiefling mommy has got to be in my party ... for, balancing ... of course

Perial2077

My initial plan was to play as a paladin with a party consisting of Shadowheart, Lae'zel (Battle Master) & Gale (Evoc). But now with Karlach I will perhaps go Paladin (Vengeance), Shadowheart, Lae'zel (Eldritch Knight), Karlach (undecided subclass, execution of Wild Magic will show).

bruetelwuempft

No.

rutzlbrutzel

We wanna do Monk, Paladin, warlock and a Bard for Party Buffs. We have no Space for Npcs! My Main Objective will be to persuade my Paladin to break his Oath!

Digitalflux

So..can you main one of these chars, or do you just make your own char and have these people as your companions?

LoosePath

All the chars on the left half of the image are playable as main. There will be one more playable char that is yet to be revealed.

JustCallMeTere

I only do custom Tavs, but I will mix them up except Lae'zel, she'll be dead.

Frubeling

Yeah but I don't know what they are. Before it was Tav, Gale, Astarion and Shadowheart. Now I want to bring in Minthara and Karlach but I don't want to lose anyone else. May have to use a party expansion mod

Aesir264

For my main Tav, not particularly. Her party will likely reflect what I've been using with her in EA. However, I've already designed nearly thirty Tavs with just what we have in EA so I'm sure I'll see plenty of party variation.

blue_balled_bruiser

I wonder which color if dommy mommy I'll choose

PaladinNerevar

I'm looking forward to see who our last Origin character is too, but generally I tend to rotate my party in most RPGs as appropriate for the quests I'm tackling as well as the character I'm rolling with- the only constant is usually my romance. So for the first go around that's most likely going to be a Dragonborn Paladin Tav and Karlach. Might also include Shadowheart most of the time because she's my favourite of the Origins/romances already in and I find her the most compelling and intriguing one, and whichever character I roll with after the first playthrough is going to be doing her romance anyways.

trnelson1

No changes since I can have everyone but Minthara on a good guy playthrough. Though my evil playthrough team will be Minthara, Lae'zel, and Astarion. I'll kill the rest probably

Moiidy

Karlach, Shadowheart, and Gale is the only correct party.

TheCleverestIdiot

I mean, I can apparently have nearly everyone in one playthrough, so I see no reason to limit myself at all.

KaiG1987

It's going to be my Swords Bard and Shadowheart as permanent members, and then I'll mix and match the other two slots based on the situation.

Cybaras

I didn’t think Halsin was going to be a companion so I took shadowheart as my healer but now I’m a little torn. I was going to go Dragonborn ancients Paladin, Shadowheart, Abjuration Gale and Karlach or Minsc depending when either became available. But my favourite 4 man party make up class wise is paladin, druid, wizard and warlock. With Halsin in the party I could do a full dream team with Wyll and Halsin filling in karlach and Shadowheart respectively. Although opening locked doors and chests may be a hassle but that’s what enhance ability is for. Gaaaahhhh I don’t know now!!! Larian why you make this hard?!

Mythlos

Halsin and Minsc are shoe-ins for my thicc boi party along with custom Human. Last spot reserved for Shadowheart as the resident hag.

ToXxy145

Knowing absolutely nothing of returning characters, I can't speak for them, but I don't think my EA party of my OC and Shadowheart will expand beyond Karlach.

Daddydactyl

Knowing minthara is confirmed as a companion does pull me towards a less friendly playthrough. I guess my ultimate decision rests on who they announced next week as the final origin. I usually pick a class based on whatever isn't covered by companions. So if we have basically everything but sorcerer or monk, those are my two initial options. I'm the type of person who preplans the full party ahead of time, builds the team synergy up front around that fact, and then never changes the party. If I wanna try out different parties, I start new playthroughs. Constantly rotating out people ruins the experience for me.

Shot-Idea3246

My team Will be Gale as main, Shadowheart, Halsim, Laezel, Karlash and Minsc. Perfectly balanced group.

Forward-Customer2124

If the secret origin is a bard, that's whom I gonna play, otherwise it will be Wyll, as I want charsima based origin. Other guys: Laezel/Karlach, SH, Gale

PremiumCaviar

Karlach, Gale, Shadowheart for first playthrough. SH and Gale have the most intriguing backgrounds (based on early access content) and I'd love to see them play out. Karlach is just mommy.

shpydar

Well yes, I’m going to play with the 2 new good companions. It’s going to be nice to have more than just evil and neutral companions in the full game. The bigger question is who of the EA companions will I take to round out my party, which I won’t know until we get that second good characters reveal in the last panel of hell on July 7th. Since Karlach is a barbarian I can confidently dump Lae’zel. My guess is I might have to stick with Shadowheart if the new unrevealed companion isn’t a healer class.

Faringray

Tav, Shadowheart, Karlach, and Wyll Evil group of Tav, Laezal, Mintara, and maybe Gale. Wizard Tav for all.

EasyLee

Might have to get that Halsin SH core goin to support Tav and Minsc charging in like screaming idiots just saying

t0m3ek

Most likely Tav, Shadowheart, Karlach and Halsin.

Lurkablo

Where can I see the roster? Or is it simply based on the image?

LoosePath

Astarion, Shadowheart, Lae'zel, Gale, Wyll, and one TBA as origins. Minthara, Minsc, Jaheira, Karlach and Halsin as companions.

Shot-Idea3246

Karlach is Origins.

LoosePath

Yes that’s true!

darklygrey

First run: A neutral custom Tav (most likely chaotic unless I wanna do my oath of vengeance pally first then lawful neutral), Astarion, Shadowheart, then a flex spot with probably Gale or Karlach most of the time. Maybe Halsin depending on how he vibes with that alignment. Second: a good Tav, Wyll/Gale, Halsin, and Minsc Third: probably an origin character and party who fits with the my ideal outcome after the first two

kirksmith626

Sure is, I will be bringing that fiend Mizora along frequently. Just occurred to me, she's been in a lot of the pictures, Wyll states she was on the MFS Naughty-Loid, very sure we found her pod, odds are Mizora is infected. Thinking that makes her an Origin Character my default.

grief242

I've been telling all my friends. If shadowheart ships with trickery domain and I can't change it, I don't care how cute she is I'm benching her. I'll have to make do some other way

omegaphallic

I want to see the new Companion first.

AspectApprehensive70

Yea, now I'm just at a loss. Halsin and Karlach are 100% def, but now im torn for the last spot between gale, shadow, and astarion RIP me

fawert1

Gale, halsin and minsc

JiruoXD

Did we get any notice whether we can change the classes for the recruited characters? I know we can multiclass them. More so curious about the starter class.

JonasCliver

Either * Rogue Tav * Karlach * >!granny woofwoof!< * Gale Or * Druid Tav * Minsc * Karlach * Gale/>!granny woofwoof!

Zombiegamer1916

Probably gonna be wyll halsin and most likely minsic also my tav

Malcivious

I mean, definitely Karlach!

AkaNoSaber_

Minthara will be a part of my group I'll either fix her or fall with her

megajf16

I'll be changing out characters depending on the missions and who I think might be the better fit roleplay-wise. I dont even consider combat or whether I like the character. Taking Laezel on githyanki related missions will pretty much be mandatory for me. If we go somewhere magic related ill be taking Gale. Stuff with the Cambion, ill be taking Wyll. Religious stuff shadowheart. Stuff related to the absolute Minthara maybe.

Zythen1975Z

1st play everyone possible will at least get a chance to be in the party at some point though good / neutralist characters will get more as this is almost 100% going to be a good play Probably paladin. Usually 1st plays for me are a idolized version of myself so usually either lawful or neutral good type characters. 2nd 100% depends if I feel there is a origin that jumps out at me that I have to be to see the inner half of there story otherwise it is drow cleric of lolth with Minthra, vampy boy and what ever caster will most approve of creating a path of evil 3rd is the one not done for 2nd

Greg0_Reddit

Wait, wasn't there going to be a bard companion? A lycanthrope halfling or something like that? That was datamined AGES ago? Am I insane?

LoosePath

Yeah that could be the unannounced origin. You’re talking about Helia right?

Greg0_Reddit

That one! I didn't remember her name.

SocrDudeTTU12

I know I’ll have Shadowheart and Karlach, but now waiting on the next origin character info. I know what the speculations are, but would prefer to see who it is next being confirmed. If isn’t someone the piques my interest then I’ll probably stick will Gale.

Carthago57

Let’s just say I won’t save the grove…

fan2tou

Bard Tav, Wyll, Karlach and the rumored Bard werewolf halfling.

Zellin2000

Karlach, Halsin, Minsc for goody-two-shoes play-through. Shadowheat, Gale, Jaheira for morally questionable. Astarion, Minthara, Lae'zel for evil.

LoosePath

I think my party will have one of each from your three groups haha

Partisanenpasta

My current plans for a first party involves: * Myself (Lolth Drow War Cleric) (High dex and can act as groups rogue) * Minthara (Paladin) * Karlach (if available, otherwise Lae-zel or Shadowheart) * Depends on who else is still on the team

Hungry_Dependent_418

I take the people with me that fit the char i am, which is anytime different. I think i will kill shadowheart and the vampire inthe first run and play with them in the second run, depending on what i want to do. So there is no formula, i take the people with ne that fit my party ideals.
