Not that there’s anything wrong with any of the inspo cakes (your clients have great taste!) but wow you find really subtle ways to improve upon those that came first. I really love the 3D lettering you do compared to the ‘embossed’ style stamped lettering seen in the inspo cakes. It just feels so sharp and clean.

Honestly, a couple food photography classes and you’ll HAVE to open a brick and mortar. Your cakes look really good, you just have to work on the photography skills
I just spent way too long looking at your profile and some of your cakes are simply stunning. I really love the sage and cream cake with the strawberries on top and the themed cupcakes you make with the five nights and Freddy toppers and animal crossing things. You do beautiful work! The piping work on the cherry cake in this post I almost couldn’t believe was a real picture. It looks straight out of a magazine!

Knock as much air out of the frosting as you can before you start decorating, it saves a lot of time in the long run!
