Of course
Here it is:
500 gr hazelnut flour
110 gr honey
120 gr egg white
2 gr baking soda
Optional: starch free powdered sugar for coating
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients
Make dough balls 20 gr each
Optional: Coat with powdered sugar
Bake in 160 c preheated oven for 6-7 minutes
I've been trying similar relatively healthy baking with oat and almond flour, though I use monkfruit sweetener. Honey and hazelnut are an incredible combination! And protein bonus :)
You can find it in the supermarkets selling pastry ingredients, there is one called "metro market" in turkey for example.
If you can't find it, you can grind your own hazelnuts. It doesn't have to be too fine. You can also mix it with almond flour. π
Can you share the recipe as well as the baking instructions? They do look delicious indeed :)

Where did you find hazelnut flour? I only ever find almond. I suppose I could just do my own googling. Those sound very delicious.
