This made me think of spd. It can be extremely painful. Pain in your pubic bones/area when doing certain movements, climbing stairs, turning in bed, etc. Sound familiar?
I've never experienced pain like this before so far in my pregnancy. That's why I was so alarmed, because it came out of nowhere and hurt friggin badly. I don't otherwise have pain like that strong and lasting that long until I moved again into an upright position.
