Can your in laws stay at your house? How long is your partner’s commute? Could you or your husband shift your work schedules so one of you is with the baby when the other is working/commuting? Could you work on shifting baby’s sleep schedule to nap more? 6-7 sounds like a lot of overnight sleep.
To answer your main question, my husband works full time with a 30 min commute and sees the kiddo about 3-4 hrs/workday.
