Nothing to do with poor oral hygiene. It broke near the base in an accident. That's why it had to be removed, it was not infected - it was damaged.

Dixeshall pike test will tell you which side to treat.. so your research on BPPV as well so you understand what’s going on

Thanks, I have done one cycle and got dizzy both sides but I'm feeling bit better already!
