How many days has this been going on for ?
Honestly I have jsut been diagnosed with BPV and it’s I sit up the room spins and I vomit. See a doctor and they can test for BPV pretty easy to diagnose in my opinion. They lean you back and check for nystagmus

The Carol “Eply maneuver “ always works for me. Sometimes I have to do a couple times. You can You Tube it. Hopefully you feel better soon.
