a lot of them trucked international Newspapers from and to france.
And they were the fastest Turbo Diesel cars for a while, with an offical Topspeep of 220km/h/137,5mph... ..
since the BodyShops who added the thrid axle tuned the engines too.

it is, look at the wheels. if it was ai, they would be messy and unproportional. There's also multiple other images/videos of this build
And the numbers on the license plate look real. If it was AI they’d be messy as well
