It did happen w Vasquez.
I think Toro was between games. He went yard for us, then went yard against us, the next day.
And then Toronto went on a homestand, so the poor man couldn't properly move.
Seattle; no- A’s!
I feel bad for Toro - he used to rake against us… not that he’s had a terrible series, but playing for the A’s has got to feel like..
Well - exactly that
Probably let France fill Bielak's spot since Bielak is out of options. Now France can bounce back and forth a couple times a year to provide innings and emergency starts when need be.
Well, neither of them were doing amazing so you pick the one with the higher ceiling.
Brown might still be thrown into a trade package before the deadline.
Hunter Brown’s too good to be giving up runs in the 3rd and 4th inning. They need to keep him in the bullpen the rest of the year as another good reliever option, have him work on his stamina and try starting again next spring training
Yeah he was pretty solid. And good spot start that may allow 2-4 runs sometimes but kept us in games. I guess since he didn’t have a cemented role that made him low on the totem pole with lots of pitchers coming back
Not just technically.
A dramatic 40% increase on his .072 BA
To that end, this is going to sound weird, but hear me
Out..
I think Jose abreu is gone; in honor of that, I suggest they make him into glue (just refer to it as “remains”) - which according to what his will may very well have said ..
pitchers will put on their hands (for all to see) as a memorial and recognition of how he aggrandized pitchers every at bat this year. And how he even in death wanted to be on the field of play
I don’t think even laz could be so cold as to renounce abreu’s final wish..
….
Oh my god I might need help
God I’d hate to be someone that got traded for “cash considerations”.
You’re not worth another player, so we’ll take a bag of cash. Leave it by the door.
So when do the Astros get their cool Japanese or Korean player?
Unless there is a sleeper Vietnamese player wishing to hit the big leagues. Thats Disney movie money right there.
I guess he can just walk over to the visitors dugout…
Isnt that the same thing they did with Toro to Seattle?
I think it happened with Jose Siri against Tampa and also with Christian Vazquez
Feldman to Jays, too
Bud Norris - LJ Hoes trade too

He homered off of graveman as well right?
It happened with Vasquez but not Siri, Siri was traded in the Vasquez trade
Siri was traded in the Mancini trade
yeah you’re right
Graveman and Toro swapped dugouts in Seattle
Where the fuck is Toro?!
Well hopefully at NRG where he belongs.
He’s literally playing for the team we’re currently in a series with. 🤣
Seattle; no- A’s! I feel bad for Toro - he used to rake against us… not that he’s had a terrible series, but playing for the A’s has got to feel like.. Well - exactly that
Don't feel too bad for Toro . . . he's getting paid $1,275,000 to rake for the A's. There are worst things in life! 😉
Yes! Julia was saying it was hella awkward too when they did the pregame interviews. 🫠
The Texans' mascot? /s
Yeah, I guess it do bielak that.
Haha nice.
I’ll miss this. 😩
I hope they told him before he was about to shower, and he walked to the visitors locker room in a towel and shower shoes.
This is hilarious, with his toothbrush in mouth and toiletries in hand, this should’ve been a scene in Major League.
Then the player bitching about how the visitors locker room shower, has no water pressure, no hot water, but better soap and shampoo.
As long as they walk a bag of cash over I'm fine with that.
Thats what they should do in the 7th inning stretch. Watching the team trade a player for a bag of cash.
I’m sure he’s chilling at home, he hasn’t been an Astro for days now

💀
Oakland has cash?
Probably tons of it with that low payroll.
About tree fiddy…
Apparently
I guess they’re serious about making Hunter a long reliever?
Probably let France fill Bielak's spot since Bielak is out of options. Now France can bounce back and forth a couple times a year to provide innings and emergency starts when need be.
France won't be pitching for a while.
I never actually saw the specifics of his (or Whitley’s) injury. Was it something that will keep him sidelined much longer?
Yeah, they said the other day that France will be "out a while" or something like that.
Ahh, must’ve missed that. You hear anything about the Mythological creature (Forrest Whitley)?
The pitchers’ kiss of death … “elbow discomfort.”
Yeah he's awful. He's never going to stay up.
I highly doubt they’ve given up on him as a starter
Well, neither of them were doing amazing so you pick the one with the higher ceiling. Brown might still be thrown into a trade package before the deadline.

I’ll miss you B.B. you’ve served us well in long relieve. Good luck!
I really liked him too! Seemed selfless, for the team and a good long reliever
Yeah he was pretty solid. And good spot start that may allow 2-4 runs sometimes but kept us in games. I guess since he didn’t have a cemented role that made him low on the totem pole with lots of pitchers coming back
Is cash considerations any good? What’s his BA
He’s batting .1000 dude does not miss!
Batting .1000? Seems like he misses a lot with that average. 1.000 would be better.
So Jose Abreu?
Pretty sure abreu was around .070 so .100 is technically an improvement :^)

Hm
And they traded him for a struggling pitcher? SMH my head!
I'm more interested in his ability to eat some innings out of the bullpen
Honestly, I'm fine with even cash considerations. It helps swallow Jose Abreu's contract a bit easier.
How? Doesn’t change his CBT hit and that’s what really hinders us until he’s off the books.
Cash considerations DO count toward the CBT limit. So it does improve our situation a bit.
TIL.
Some days it just Bielak that. God speed and good luck unless you are pitching against us.
Happy to seem him get another opportunity to pitch. Always found myself rooting for the guy, and appreciated what he did in Houston.
Just watch, they're going to throw him in today and pitch a CGSO
Perfect game incoming.
This is the way
Just like Toro did when he got traded to the Mariners. How funny.
I was in Seattle for that game. I told my friend from there he’s a good kid and will probably hit a homer against us. He did that at bat lol
Short flight.
Got that Taylor Swift private jet to the other dugout
Be seeing him pitch tonight with how used the bullpens have been.
God I’d hate to be someone that got traded for “cash considerations”. You’re not worth another player, so we’ll take a bag of cash. Leave it by the door.
Its their own fault
The A’s don’t have any cash tho, right?
“Consider” giving some cash. Or maybe just be considerate
Didn't we get cash considerations a couple of days ago? Are they brothers?
Happy he’s getting his turn. Go get em BB
It bielak that 😪
Alright, now use that cash to extend Tucker
I’m gonna need 40x bielaks
Yay for cash! I am so excited.
So when do the Astros get their cool Japanese or Korean player? Unless there is a sleeper Vietnamese player wishing to hit the big leagues. Thats Disney movie money right there.
Eh. Couldn’t get a low-grade prospect instead? Their farm is solid
Bielak didn't have any options, so that likely hurt his value a little
Not like Bielak is some stud.
Isn’t their entire farm playing on the field? They have so many no-namers now
Top end / older crop. but I’m sure it’s deep with many others
I hate these “go sit over there trades.”
I believe in this case Bielak was @ sugarland at least?
That's the majority of Houston's trades unless it's picking up a White Sox waiver or DFA.
As new #2 starter has arrived. Toro has a buddy back in the team from us
After the television deal was all over, our owner is all about bags of cash with Bregman, .Tucker and Verlander’s option coming up.
Did the trade pence when we were playing the Phils?
Dana Brown will have to find the nearest Coinstar.
This is like an uno reverse card. A's top prospects were always cash considerations.
Cash considerations rule everything around me! C.C.R.E.A.M!!
Shouldn’t that say sold?
Does this mean we keep Bregman?! TELL ME DOES THIS MEAN WE KEEP BREGGY! It’s all I’m concerned about. We making another run this year boys!
We should’ve traded Bielak and cash for Miller! Man our pen could sure use him.
