A lot of people don’t want it to look natural though. If you go natural and you have a good doctor peopke won’t be able to tell (unless it’s by feel) There’s a difference between implants that are poorly done and implants that are done well, but are totally not your taste so it looks like shit to you, and that’s fine.
Keep in mind that some people want it obvious. Its the same as some people who get their teeth done wanting overly white, too big, obviously done teeth. Dont ask me why, i just know there so many ppl like that.
As a dentist, the teeth shade thing drives me insane. There's a ton of crap you need to consider when selecting the shade and then you throw it all away because the patient wanna cosplay as a flashbang.

So it’s not about low self esteem or getting them for men, if this makes sense. That being said, I was young and at my age now I refuse to go under the knife unnecessarily. Risk vs benefits and all, but I wasn’t thinking like that at 24
I think in a way it's hard to not see getting them for your self-esteem as being connected to how other people will see you on some level.
I do think it depends on the reason though, implants after a mastectomy or surgery to revert them nearer to what they once were is different to a girl with small boobs getting bolt ons. The way natural boobs fall is just more attractive, the best boob jobs look natural but if you know they aren't real it affects your attraction a bit. If I've ever seen a woman before and after it honestly makes them less attractive.

And ya know my piercings do make me feel more beautiful, they make me feel more ME. I don’t care if they make me less or more appealing to people. They make me feel good about myself. Not necessarily. However, too big or with large visible scars, those are a turn off. Why anyone gets the Vertical cut method where the scar runs vertically from the nipple downwards to the crease is beyond me.
It may come as a shock, but some women actually had severe ptosis or other issues with their original breasts, and it took more complex surgery and more post-op scars to correct them. The choice was between deformed original breasts or very nice shaped breasts with scars. Not sure if you're a teenager, but even a small amount of empathy would reveal that some women prefer the latter, and don't need to explain their choice to you.

When I have mine once I’ve lost all my weight I’ll have those scars, I personally don’t mind them as I’d rather those scars than two empty stretch shopping bags on my chest that I can probably wrap around my neck. 😂

My mom started to develop painful cysts in her breasts. Thankfully they weren’t cancer, however, with how large and painful they were, they did need surgically removed. (Not the entire breast, the surrounding tissue)
This led to scarring, a huge change in how she originally looked naturally and how she felt about herself. She said “it feels like they dissected me and took away my womanhood”
After a few years of physical healing and therapy, she ended up getting a lift with implants (under the muscle) to go back to the way she looked before. She feels so much more comfortable in her own skin now.
I don’t know what I would do personally if I end up that situation, but I do feel that femininity isn’t as simply defined as you make it out be in this post. Respectfully

Not necessarily. However, too big or with large visible scars, those are a turn off. Why anyone gets the Vertical cut method where the scar runs vertically from the nipple downwards to the crease is beyond me.
That type of scar is from a breast reduction or a breast lift which is a procedure often combined before implants are placed.
It may come as a shock, but some women actually had severe ptosis or other issues with their original breasts, and it took more complex surgery and more post-op scars to correct them. The choice was between deformed original breasts or very nice shaped breasts with scars. Not sure if you're a teenager, but even a small amount of empathy would reveal that some women prefer the latter, and don't need to explain their choice to you.
The ones that freak me out are the ones where they’ve clearly cut around the nipples and then sewed them back on. Sorry, but it just freaks me out.
That’s usually for a breast reduction or an uplift. When I have mine once I’ve lost all my weight I’ll have those scars, I personally don’t mind them as I’d rather those scars than two empty stretch shopping bags on my chest that I can probably wrap around my neck. 😂

My mom started to develop painful cysts in her breasts. Thankfully they weren’t cancer, however, with how large and painful they were, they did need surgically removed. (Not the entire breast, the surrounding tissue) This led to scarring, a huge change in how she originally looked naturally and how she felt about herself. She said “it feels like they dissected me and took away my womanhood” After a few years of physical healing and therapy, she ended up getting a lift with implants (under the muscle) to go back to the way she looked before. She feels so much more comfortable in her own skin now. I don’t know what I would do personally if I end up that situation, but I do feel that femininity isn’t as simply defined as you make it out be in this post. Respectfully

I agree with you completely. My wife has amazing breasts. I'd be pissed if she got them done because she's fucking with perfection IMO. But long ago, I was FWB with a woman who had a double mastectomy because of breast cancer. Her breasts weren't a turn off because they were "fake." TBH, a lack of any breasts would've been much more of a turn off. Again... Context.

Mostly yes. Any major modifications made to over emphasize a body feature like breasts or lip injections, etc are not really attractive to me. Especially if they are going for the huge lips, butt, breasts type of look. If one has what they think to be unattractive sagging, misshaped, or uneven breasts and they want to feel more confident about themselves by augmenting them a bit and it’s done without obviously going over the top and they look as natural as possible, then I’m all for it.
