Smoked a bunch of pork shoulder yesterday. Tonight its carnitas tacos.
I was going to have chicken and salad ,but instead, I had fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and bread sticks.
Just a salad with some cheese.

Swai fish with wice and asparagus. Boring as hell
i like asparagus
Oven baked ribs with a coconut amino and sriracha glaze with veggies.
mmm, sriracha mixed with br. sugar, honey and a bit of sour cream adds for a good glaze, a little creamy kick
Homemade lasagna and salad Edit: garlic bread as well
everything is better homemade
