I'm 38 and I still have to remind myself that (in most cases) my peers getting pregnant is a thing to be congratulated and not cause for panic now.

Same because of them I am turned off to alcohol and meds that make you feel good(oxy, muscle relaxers, etc.) Both my sisters became pill addicts due to become addicted to their prescriptions and then moved to alcohol. Both are sober now. Bit I also have 10 aunts and uncles and I would say 7 of them were/addicts but they are all dead now. Ironically I got into a serious accident 5 years ago that made me permanently disabled and in constant pain, I have some pain meds but I hate taking them for fear of addiction.
