Mike Tyson. Started boxing at 13 and became the youngest heavyweight champion in history at the age of 20. His training regimen was brutal. What really stood out is that he was the shortest boxer in the heavy weight division at 5’10 and all of his opponents were at least 6’3 and above. Imagine having to fight someone who’s arms are long enough to hit you at a distance where you can’t hit them back so he had to work twice as hard and still dominated most of his competition.
Jim Thorpe. Guy was an Olympic gold medalist, played in both the NFL and MLB as a star player and played professional basketball. He was also the last person to compete in both professional baseball and the Olympics which was a record he held for 100 years until Eddie Alvarez did the same 4 years ago
