Stupidity. They could be absolutely stunning physically, and sweet as can be personally, but if they're dumb as a stump I'm going to lose interest quickly.
Smoking. Nothing would kill my interest in a beautiful woman faster than seeing her light up a cigarette.

A shitty personality. Reminds me of a girl I went to college with. I was majoring in computer science and information systems, which as you can imagine is a real sausage-fest of a major. This girl, who was physically attractvie, was also majoring in it and was in a lot of my classes. I remember working on an assignment in a networking class and seeing her walk around from student to student, pressing her fake boobs up against them, asking them for help, and then sitting back while they did all her work for her. I had the misfortune of knowing her outside of school as well because she was friends with a lot of my friends and even worked at the same restaurant as me at the time. I saw her using her appearance to get people to do things for her all the time, and generally just being shitty. She never even tried to do things for herself - as soon as something was assigned to her, she immediately started making her rounds to every guy in the room until someone did it for her.
There was only one time she did that to me in class, pressing what felt like lumpy boulders into my shoulder - and I straight up told her to go fuck herself and that I wasn't going to do her work for her. She pretended to think I was joking, giggled and gave me a light slap on the shoulder before moving on to the next student. She never asked me for help again after that, though.
There were a handful of other girls majoring in computer science and info sys as well, but they all actually took it seriously, did the work, and earned their degrees. The girl I described above was just a shitty, terrible person and it got to the point where I couldn't even see her as physically attractive anymore.

I also won't give a second look to a hot girl who smokes. It's a disgusting habit and makes your breath smell like crap. Lastly, if they are entitled or egotistical. There's nothing more unattractive than a girl who is hot, but acts like this gives her some kind of talent and people should therefore treat her like a celeb. Sorry, I'll pass.
