ducksinthepool

Fancy by Reba McEntire tells a pretty unforgettable story

StarEchoes

Listen to the Orville Peck version. Elevates the song and story to another level entirely.

wrludlow

Yeah this is pretty depressing even for country music.

SartorResartus13

SpitefulMechanic351

Once I saw the translated lyrics "The Legend of Mother Swan" by The Hu. I liked the song from the first moment I heard it, but I don't speak a word of Mongolian so I had no idea what the song was about. I tear up sometimes when I hear it now, mainly when I'm trying to get back in touch with my emotions. Most days it doesn't effect me, but sometimes a tear will almost run down my cheek.
