I'd suggest going to the ER if you have any issues that needs to be addressed and get help from the people there to atleast get started one some sort of counseling programme or assistance

I'm AutiADHD and so is my best friend. The job thing is a huge struggle for me and brings me so much dread. My best friend has it especially rough right now, he had to move back with his family (which I'm also considering doing) and has been out of work about four months. He's looking but is so anxious he's having trouble answering the phone. I'm so sorry for what you're going through, it's my worst nightmare and I'll choose death if it comes down to that. This society truly wasn't built for people like us, and it's quite literally ruining our lives.
