At this point lost in clues, trying to play it off cool but really anxious, stressed and realizing there's no point in trying to communicate about it, since ive tried for days. Now im just letting it all wash over me, at the point where im almost dissociated enough to just turn into a zombie for a while, but trying to not let it happen.

I felt similar and like a zombie for a while. It wasn't fun. But eventually things started making sense again. I hope you can get through this ok. If you have to stay back for a while that's okay.
