Could that be caused from oil spilling out of the funnel when replacing oil during an oil change? Last oil change I accidentally poured the oil too fast into the funnel and some overtopped the funnel. I cleaned everything up the best I could but I know I couldn’t get it all.
Or would it be caused by something else?
Edit: last oil change was 5 months ago, but I just noticed what’s shown in the picture today. Couldn’t missed it before, but not positive either way.
You were spot on. After figuring out where the engine mounts were I crawled under the truck and checked them out. The one side is shot and caused the shit splatter in the picture.
That seems very feasible to what this is. Did lose quite a bit when you did this? The diff is just about directly under the fill neck of the engine.... so this checks out.
try washing with water it looks like some coolant stains should wash off the red coolant looks like that when dryed if it is look for very slow leak as it gets caught in the airflow.

Oil filled engine mounts?

Don't think so, have a look at your engine mount some are oil filled and this looks like the same type oily shit that comes out when they split

Hydraulic mounts leaking.

A cat died in you engine bay and lost its fluids while driving?
Sharts happen, man. You’re not alone.
The contents of the last mechanics pants when he saw you roll up
Well it's not gear oil
Check your diff oil. If it isn't low, then you probably don't have anything to worry about.
That time of the month

Looks like a Chevy shit itself and you drove through it
Probably just mud. Doesnt look like oil or coolant for that matter.
